  Love the quality and style of the product. But when I ordered the wrong model, it was impossible to reach customer service by the Freance-based phone on their site. I kept explaining the problem by email to customer service. They didn't seem to understand. Weeks later, I finally got my refund and the replacement pair of glasses. It was so aggravating!

  Bit of a wait to receive but good product. It gets stuck where the chain attaches to the glasses which can end up getting in the way but that would probably happen with any glasses chain.

  great selection but paying for return shipping is a poke in the eye. Glasses are arguably one of the most "need to try this on" products - you need to have 2 way free shipping. Ask Zappos or Warby Parker.

  Just purchased my fourth pair of Izipizi sunglasses. I still have my other three pairs, just wanted some different colors. They hold up very well, don't scratch. Are very attractive, and at a really great price. Give really good protection from the sun, and are comfortable to wear.

  I LOVE Izipizi eyewear! The readers are lightweight and stay on without slipping. They fit my face well without needing any adjustment. I've tried several brands of readers and these are far and above my favorites!

  I have a pair of Izipizi sunglasses I bought at a store and loved them so I thought I'd buy another online. When the sunglasses arrived I didn't like the lens color. They looked like a purple tint online but were actually gave an orange effect. The process to return was annoying.

  IZIPIZI shipped my readers, but they were returned as undeliverable, apparently due to my location, in Hawaii. IZIPIZI responded that they'd refund me and possibly stop offering products to Hawaii residents. I need the frames to replace a pair that broke after I put my prescription lenses. Very disappointed in IZIPIZI.

  Yesterday was a great experience in the King's Road Store, London. I was working with one of the managers from Paris and she was efficient, knowledgeable and very pleasant. I have been buying Izipizi readers for 5 years and I was directed to new and exciting designs and products. I made some extra purchases and even received a discounted promotion. Great experience!
