  I bought # E kaki green a few years back . Then I got # J Kaki green . Love them both but the # E was worn and the glass would not stay in so I order a new pair . The new pair was too loose , the arms were not tight so I returned them. The return process was complicated and costly so I will not order another pair until you open a store near me, soon please.

  I have been wearing Izipizi reading glasses for a few years now. Unfortunately, my last order was delivered to the wrong collection point by DPD. I called customer service and spoke to someone who spoke perfect English. I also received a confirmation email. Izipizi responded immediately and the money was refunded to my account straight away. Great service! Thank you.

  Glasses too small (kids instead of adults) and to return them it would be at a cost of £18.11 postage for glasses that cost £30, having already spent £5 plus to get them in the first place.

  Everything about IZIPIZI was great -- shipping via UPS, however, was a disaster: UPS tracking showed that the order was stuck for over a week at their facility in Harrington, Delaware, when in fact it turns out that UPS had handed the order off to the postal service (without updating their tracking system). The unexplained delay cause me to contact IZIPIZI for a refund, which they were about to process until the order finally arrived yesterday!

  Email to customer service was never answered. I have 5 pair of IZIPIZI frames and they look great, however 3 of them broke (at the thin part holding the lens) within one year. The frame material seems to degrade over time, but, For the price, they're fine. Justr don't expect them to last very long.

  Love the color and style choices. Bought my first temwo pair at the fab gift shop at Chicago's Museum of Contemporary Art. Then bought three others via your website site. I love the dark green, yellow, and turquoise frames, especially. And the lenses of my readers are much better than drugstore readers. I'm a fan.
