  Dealing with IZIPIZI is always a mixed experience. If it's online it takes a while and sometimes they don't show up. In the shop (Carnaby st) it depends on the day and the staff working. Some are very helpful and friendly others.... not so much. As for the glasses they break easily compared to other similar brands but they do their job. Nice designs.

  I bought my first pair of Izipizi sunglasses in Munich while on vacation and loved them. I needed a new pair of reading glasses and ordered a pair of Izipizi readers.   I have been using IZIPIZI reading glasses for some years now. They prove to be reliable and well made. I do find the sunglasses not as effective as others I can buy off the shelf. IZIPIZI ones tend to let a lot of unfiltered light at the sides. As I suffer from glare, this makes them problematic. I have not as yet tried the polarizing wraparounds. They may be better for me but $$$$

  I love the styling and your customer service, but the glasses only last me about 3 months, then the hinge breaks. Every time. Has happened about 5 times now. I am VERY careful with my glasses. I carry them in a hard case to protect them and I treat them delicately. But they still break. $50 is a lot for 3 months usage.

  I have been wearing these glasses in style "D" for years, over 30 pairs in total, and for some reason, this last batch of 5 pairs is much wider. I didn't choose for the frame to be any wider than normal, which is very annoying. There are better products in stores now, and the price of Izipzi is going up and not as good as they used to be.

  To be honest... I am the shopper who has moved on because it shouldn't have happened in the first place. If you hadn't sent the review, I would not have reached out to tell you of the problem and now I am too busy to go to the post office to return them. I am actively looking for a new supplier that is more consistent and says so.
