After we receive and verify the contents of your package, you will be **refunded** via the same payment method used for your order. For another model, you can place another order directly on our e-shop. Glasses must be returned in their original packaging and condition (clean lenses, labels, product flyers, and glasses packaging included) and accompanied by the delivery note. Verified reviewI love Izipizi glasses - they're stylish and very comfortable and they're not too expensive. I have a pair for work and a pair for home and when one pair broke while at work this week, I went to the Covent Garden store to replace them. I was hoping the store might be able to compensate me for the broken pair but they said I should just throw them away and buy a new pair as I hadn't kept my receipt. I did this and am happy with the new pair but I find it disappointing to have to replace them after only a couple of months.

We provide a 2-year warranty on our glasses. We offer a replacement if you happen to have a defect.
