  I had called to purchase film. The young woman that helped me was pleasantly upbeat. Helped me find what I needed and took my order. She asked if my organization would be interested in awards for personnel. She was friendly and polite, excellent knowledge of products and services. I have since received my product and I know that there will be no issues with the quality. I have used this company for several years and I have never been mistreated or disappointed with either the service or quality.

  We had an issue with our printer causing 2 new ribbons to snap. The representative was able to quickly diagnose the problem over the phone and sent us what we needed to correct the issue along with 2 new ribbons to replace the ones that snapped. The process was very quick and we were back up and running the next day.

  I was having issues with the ink film. It had split and wound into the wrong part of the machine. I received a call back from tech support within 24 hours. It was a super simple fix and the technician was very friendly. Made the experience very easy and quite relieving that I didn't have to buy new film.

  I left a phone message with details of the problem I was having. Your representative returned my call but I wasn't at my desk when he did. He gave me instructions via the message on how to fix my issue step by step. Simple to follow his lead and fix. It took very few steps to uninstall the printer and unplug it and replug it in for it to install again. This was a great way to help. Had he just left a call back number we could have continue the back and forth missing calls. I was very pleased.

  Picked up a badge printer and created a template to do Student ID badges. Only hiccup was I didn't order enough print ribbon to do all my badges. Simple to use. Easy to set up. Whole process from unboxing to creating badges using a spreadsheet was about an hour. Could be done faster if you read the instructions first!

  I ordered a printer, lanyards, and badge reels recently and Cody Elwell was great in answering our questions, quick to send out requested samples, and in general provided excellent customer service. Thanks Cody! The lanyards arrived on schedule and were of very good quality, as described. Same with the badge reels, although these look nicer than expected. We'll give them the test of time in the near future! I wouldn't hesitate using IDville for their excellent customer service, completive pricing and quality.

  While the representative that helped me was fantastic, what was even better was the music on hold. That was priceless! If other places used it, people wouldn't mind being on hold so long. Great idea! My only complaint about my experience is that it did not arrive when they said it would - we didn't get it until August 31st which was actually ok. Overall, nice experience. Will use IDVille again without a doubt. May call just to be put on hold. LOL Thanks for the great hold music!

  The products were very easy to order! I was in need of some new white ID cards and the website was really easy to use! I was a little torn about ordering from IDville vs. another third party vendor where I could find the cards a bit cheaper and where shipping was also much cheaper, but I was afraid of the quality. However, the products came very quickly and quality is great!

  Thank you for helping our school make an idea a reality. I inquired about an option to have student IDs prepared by IDville, however, after a discussion with our sales rep Kim, we decided that for slightly more than one year of IDs we could purchase the hardware to create our own.
