  I had called technical support for assistance with my printer. I did not here back from them. We decided to just order a new printer instead. I called to place an order, a very kind and helpful gentleman answered the phone. He transferred me to our rep. I left a message, but did not here back. I waited at least 2 hours. I called again and spoke with the gentleman again. He tried to get a hold of our rep with no success. He emailed the reps supervisor. While I was still on the phone with the first gentleman our rep called. He was also very helpful. I was able to get the order placed. I received the printer in less than a week! Thank you!

  The representative (Kim Schuler) from IDVille was very persistent in following up with me. I assumed all went through with my order; however, our Purchase Order was never received. And at first, I ignored her email. Considering this unsettling time, especially with may people working from home, I didn't expect specialized treatment (which is very understandable under the circumstances). I'm sure Kim feels she was just doing her job, but I thought she was amazing!

  IDVILLE is a reportable company with great quality material. I placed my order and within a couple of weeks I received the badge holders I had ordered. The lanyards will take a little longer due to customization however, I have bought these same lanyards for my staff and we have loved them. All the more reason to reach out to IDVILLE again for another purchase. The associate I spoke with was eager to help me to meet my needs for staff.   I needed a new and better webcam for a weekly concert I'm doing here in Colorado. Literally everyone was out of webcams. I found Idville and gave them a call on the phone, which they answered promptly. I asked about the webcam I was looking for (Logitech Pro) and she told me they had 81 in stock! Even better, they offered an option to send it two-day Fedex. I made the order and it came as promised with two days to spare before my next concert, so I could use it that Friday.   Listen guys I was happy enough with the product. For the price the quality was as expected and preformed well enough but since then I have received THREE emails from you EVERY DAY since my order. If I could include screen shots I would but my spam folder is now one long line of emails from IDville. Honestly it is too much and as a marketing and an information technology professional I feel compelled to let you know this. While I am at it, your popup ad that takes up 1/2 of the screen when I first sign in to your website is ridiculously intrusive as well. Guys you have a lot of competition out there and the other companies I have worked with were a 10th as intrusive as you have been. Simply out of annoyance you have lost my business.

  The product I order works great with our machine that we already have/purchased from you a while ago. It was easy to find what I needed and the order came next day! The only thing I am disappointed about is the $10 shipping charge. I think there was a way to not have to pay the fee by ordering a large amount of the product but it is way to much product for my company. I now need a new back up ribbon for my printer machine and will have to again pay the $10.
