  Our company runs an Electrical ID card program and expect to print over a 1,000 cards this year. I needed help with the setup and the service was wonderful. When I order refill cards, the processing and delivery are extremely quick. Thank you for your excellent customer service.

  Outstanding service! Starting with the first call to Matt, who promptly sent samples and provided a quote, to taking our order, shipping our items, prompt delivery and follow up survey - I couldn't have asked for better.   Was very happy with the new ID holders.....I believe they will last longer than the standard soft plastic. Wish they had a velcro encloseure on both sides so the Id would be more secure.

  When we placed our order, what we originally wanted is being made in China. The rep , Tiffany, explained that with the coronavirus issues over there, that our order would not even be processed until after March 31st. She took the time to find us a similar product made right here in the USA. And cost was not that much higher. I loved her attention to detail and that she took the time to explain it all. Tiffany is amazing.

  My initial call to IDVille yielded a response to my issue from tech support. It wasn't exactly the response I was hoping for but it ended with us replacing our existing id printer. I was able to talk to our dedicated rep Kim. She informed us of our options and we were able to get a replacement ordered. The experience was very pleasant.

  We've been battling a print quality issue for some time and after a couple calls with Matt in Tech Support, our issue is corrected and the ID cards look great. Matt took the time to work with both me and our IT staff to get the firmware & print drivers updated and then some additional settings for print quality. He was very kind, patient and fun to work with and I appreciate his help. The cards were printing off very spotty and pixelated, making them look unprofessional and employees weren't pleased to wear them. Now, they look great! Thanks for helping us out, Matt! Kudos to you! Not all techs are so helpful, so thank you for the great attitude!

  I have an upcoming event that I had ordered custom lanyards for, I called and wanted to check status of shipping date because I had not received a shipping email. I spoke to Brenda and she informed me that the lanyards were not going to ship until after my event due to circumstances beyond their control. She did some research and went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed in time for my event! Her customer service was outstanding! Thanks again!

  I am extremely happy with the ease of your website when placing the order. This is my second time ordering from your company and it won't be the last. I run a front office and I order the Spiral Bound visitor log- in book with self-expiring "VOID" badges. The walk-in's love to see the void coming though when checking out. Great book when you have fire alarms or the drills to just grab the book for roll call.

  Customer Service was great! Shipping Dept not so good. Received my order and the 100 magnets was spilled out of the little box into the bigger box for shipping, as well as, the box was not taped up very good. The bottom was half open. It is amazing I even got the magnets.

  This was the first time I ordered with IDville. I was very impressed with the website and finding what I needed, which made it easy to place the order. I couldn't believe how quickly the product was shipped. However, what stands out as most valuable to me was the customer service piece. Once the order was placed, there was ongoing communication keeping me updated on the status of the order, which was greatly appreciated! In all honesty, I've worked with other signage vendors in the past, but never had such a positive experience as I did with IDville.
