Review collected by a third partyKlarity sort of showed up out of nowhere for me. It was not one that was heavily advertised to me atleast. I was looking to seek out treatment for a possible ADHD diagnosis. I did some research and Klarity was less expensive than the one service that I was aware of 'Done First'. So I opted to go with Klarity. I've never been one to seek treatment for anything... I'm the type of person to just "deal with it". Well anyway... just dealing with it didn't seem to be working out too well. Anyway, going to the Dr. or talking to a medical professional makes me nervous. Anything medial is terrifying because I know so little about it; diagnosis, treatment options... everything can be so overwhelming. Well It was honestly a godsend that I was assigned to Juanita Ellis. She was very approachable kind and calm. She did not make me feel like I was wasting her time and made me feel confident that I was taking the best next steps to improving my mental health. I had some concerns with how treatment works and she answered every question that I had. I may have even asked something twice without realizing, but she did not make me feel like I was an inconvenience. I'm glad to have Ms. Ellis in my corner helping me towards better mental health.
