Review collected by a third partyShe's very organized which I appreciate because I'm not. I've worked with her for over a year now ( as a patient) . She's very warm when you meet her in person. Videos are harder to gage but she's always been patient and friendly. Last but not least, I don't feel judged by her and that's a big deal in my opinion.

From the onboarding me as a new user, connecting me with a provider, and coordinating the first meeting, Klarity has exceeded my expectations. Cynthia, my Provider, has been a joy to see. Cynthia has gone the extra mile to help me when I needed it; most recently it was rescheduling a missed appointment. Cynthia's friendly demeanor makes the 3 month meetings a pleasant experience. One more point that sets Cynthia apart from previous providers is that she recommended materials that helped me better grasp my understanding of ADHD. The books I read were Driven to Distraction, Order from Chaos, and ADHD 2.0. While there was overlap between these books, each book presented a different facet of ADHD that gave a more complete picture.

My previous PCP retired, so I was very anxious about having to sift through the providers in my area to find someone I could trust. Lori was very kind and understanding during all of our meetings, I have no complaints.

Dr. Ellen-Warpeth is always pro-active in addressing any questions I might have. She is quick to respond to emails and messages. I am over 50 and feel 20 years younger.
