He has been a lifesaver, very caring about me as a patient and person, but also thorough to ensure he is providing proper, accurate care.

Review collected by a third partyI usually don't write reviews but I must say the customer service by Dr. Colin at Restorative Med Spa NYC is exceptional and my results are transformative. I waited for a while before writing this review because i wanted to see results first. I came because of acne scars and dark marks. I receive a free consultation and plan. We started with a chemical peel series then added the vampire facial with PRF. I've gotten microneedling before but never seen this drastic improvement in my acne scars. I've also had some treatment for my thinning edges; my hair is growing in nicely. All my questions were answered; and she made me feel seen and cared for. Listened intently, gently steered, put the big picture together and offered a good plan for going forward. Excellent impression after initial visit. Definitely recommend.
