  Bracelet is too stiff and didn't like the white stitching. I opted for a Barton canvas (black) band which is flexible yet strong and no white stitching which distracts from the beauty of the watch..

  Navigation of website and delivery were excellent. Customer service was lacking something to be desired. I emailed customer service 10 days after placing my order, as I had not received any communication regarding shipping status. Received and automated email two days after, stating there had been a discrepancy in inventory and my order would be shipped in the next two days. Received my order and have been wearing it. Finally received a follow up email from a customer service rep more than a week after I initially inquired about that status and had been wearing my watch for almost a week. Response time was definitely lacking.

  Everything was excellent except for the shipping part. Once I got my tracking info, it didn't really say which courrier service it was, and clicking on the link didn't take you anywhere other than another part of the Hamilton site. I had to take the tracking number, and use it on different courrier website, until I hit the right which was of course FedEx. My email enquiry wasn't answered either, and i wish you guys had a phone number we could call.

  Bought new Hamilton watch, almost a $1000. Watch band loop was week and wore out immediately (couple of months). Ordered a new 22mm one for $100. You took my $100 and sent me the wrong band. I sent a email and sent watch back. No response from Hamilton. Not Impressed

  I really like the Khaki BelowZero watch face. It is very sleek and modern. Where is falls flat is the support from Hamilton when the bracelet did not fit. There is no other option for a larger bracelet for my wrist and I had to return it. I would hope there would be more options for a watch like this.

  Attempted to order a watch online at hamiltonwatch.com, but couldn't checkout. Phone rep said checkout was not working at the time. He just told me to try again later. Ideal customer service reply should have been, "Apologies. We'll contact you as soon as it's up and assist with your order." Also, I'm a former Marine (Desert Storm) and currently an active police officer. I was disappointed to learn Hamilton offers a discount to active-duty military only. Consider expanding that criteria?

  I have 8 Hamilton watches and this, by far, is my favorite one. I’ve worn Hamilton’s all through my Navy career and they’ve always kept pace with my activities while in service. I’ll definitely be acquiring another one in the future

  The watch looks great and keeps time with an amazing accuracy (not more than a few seconds gain over two weeks). The H21-Si movement is effectively Chronometer grade, although it lacks the beautiful Hamilton H engraving found on the bridge of other H21's. The leather band is really good quality, and the H buckle is stylish, but I have grown accustomed to the deploying clasps for watches in this price range.

  This was a great experience. I ordered a watch in the evening on a friday, and the order confirmed Monday before I woke up in the morning. I had the watch by Tuesday evening (I paid for the expedited shipping). The watch is beautiful. I am honestly shocked that it can look and perform this well, while being priced at $1k. Time will tell if it holds up, but based on my past experience with other Hamilton watches, I do not have any concerns here. I bought the 43mm model, which I expected to be a bit larger, but is still a very nice size. I would definitely not buy a smaller model, as this fits pretty much perfect.

  I thought it a nice feature that you would size the band. I tricked my friend (for whom I purchased the watch for) into gaining his wrist size. Well, I sent the sizing request with the order but received the watch unsized. This is terrible because it leaves a bad impression of your brand (and Swatch Group) and leaves it to the owner to figure it out. The instructions were none existent for band sizing. A customer could easily ruin the band attempting to size it. Many customers would spend more money (this product already is over priced) to a jewelry store to have it sized. I was able figure it out over utube and a watch kit I have. It would have been a treat to have a sized band ready for its birthday boy -
