  I recently purchased a Hamilton watch, not through Hamilton, but also purchased a band from the website. The band looks great, love the spirit of liberty bands. Watch is amazing looking and loving it so far.

  Site was very user friendly. Shipping was prompt. So far so good. Very good looking watch. Have never owned a Hamilton. Hope it will be as good as it looks.

  One suggestion for the PSR: this is a novelty watch now 50 years hence. I do not intend to wear it every day but I do love it. And I want to show it off because it is unusual. There should be an option to push the stem and keep the OLED bright display on. Then, like other battery watches, actuate the stem to turn it off when you remove the watch. So what if you have to replace the battery every 6 to 12 months. This watch would truly be a stunner with this option. Thank you for making the PSR. I am enjoying it.

  The watch is great. The only thing that made me not set it to 5 stars was the fact they asked me for the wrist size. I downloaded the measuring guide and went thru the steps to figure that out. But when I got the watch, it wasn't sized and I had to go thru the hassle of pulling the pins and removing 4 sections of the wrist band. For the cost, you would think that me taking the time to measure that sizing would of been done, especially if a section for it.

  Watch Sales Department is responsive and fast. Customer Service/Technical Support are both as responsive as a BRICK. Although Bricks do provide a definitive expectation. Seems as though Customer Service and Sales Department have absolutely NO interaction with each other. My comments will most likely not receive any response....

  I was very dissatisfied with the watch band that I received. The color was nothing like I saw on the website. The one I received were a very dull looking brown-gray color. What I expected was a rich looking brown-red as pictured. I am a very big fan of Hamilton and own several watches. The was the first band that I ever ordered directly from Hamilton.

  Hamilton purchase was a very good experience, I was very impressed with the process and quick delivery of my new Hamilton khaki aviation converter auto. This was very well packaged.
