  The band arrived without a buckle and with two bent pins. I sent it back for an exchange. I cannot imagine the level of quality control that would allow a $100 premium watch band to be shipped to a customer that did not have a buckle. The buckle has to be sewn in. I had to pay postage to return it.

  Tried to reach on line and received no response. Had to call in order on phone. Tried to buy from store on locator and had slow response. Wanted info on band length and had no help online or from store. Needed 8.5 to 9 inch band and was assured on phone it would fit 8.5. It does. But only on last hole and then band is to short to fit into keeper. Need a longer band, but see no where to get one for a new watch. It's silicon, how hard can it be to get one of the straps a half inch longer?

  I ordered the watch on a Friday morning in order to get the next day delivery since I live a 15 minute drive from the Secaucus facility that the watch was shipped from. I double checked my order and say multiple times in my order process that this would get next day delivery. The watch did not ship until Monday and I did not get the watch until Tuesday. 5 days from placement of order and no way to contact customer service over the weekend was very frustrating. I was ok with the wait, but don't present that this would be next day and if ordered before noon that day you can get next day service. The watch itself is great and I love it.

  My only issue was, we followed the measuring instructions for the metal link bracelet and submitted the size. When we got the watch, the bracelet size was much too large. It a birthday gift for my wife and she has slim wrists, it was soo big that it was even loose on my meaty wrists. Other than that we're completely satisfied.

  I have been wearing Hamilton watches for 8 years, starting with a Jazzmaster Viewmatic. and consider my Hamilton Pan-Europe Chronograph the most beautiful watch I own ...above more expensive brands. The website is pleasant and attractive. It leads me to want to learn more about the watches that Hamilton offers. I appreciate the special section for limited edition watches as well as the explanation and image of the movement for each watch. 1. I would like to see more photos of each watch from different angles (namely, the back of the case). 2. The replacement straps catalog is not easy to find - I had to use a google search to find these rather than a search on Hamilton's website. 3. I would like to see a back catalog or alternate site that warehouses the specs, features and manuals for discontinued models. It is frustrating to have to find a static website for a model that I own but was discontinued 5 years ago, just to find the specs of the watch.

  The navigation of the site was a little clunky, but I found exactly what I needed. I ordered it and shipping was fairly quick. I have to say the tracking number was not accurate. It was no known carrier’s numbering system. I received the item exactly as I ordered in perfect condition, with a band pin tool included no less, in a perfectly acceptable amount of time. The band was an exact replacement for my watch, which was exactly what I wanted. 👍🏼

  The online experience was excellent. The information provided was very thorough and much appreciated to a watch collector like me. Delivery and tracking were perfect. Packaging and documentation provided was also great. All I can say is that Hamilton really hit it out of the park with the re-issue of the Chronograph H Intra-matic. Hand wound no date, box sapphire crystal. After 7 days of use the accuracy is 3.0 seconds. That is for the entire week NOT per day ! Incredible job Hamilton !!!!!
