  The watch description on the website did not match the watch. The website said the face was white, and the picture suggested that as well. The face is clearly off white, and as a result, the face didn't "pop" the way it would if it had been real white. I returned the watch very disappointed.

  No response to an email I sent. Spent an hour on the phone waiting for someone to pick up. Nobody did. Had to pay for my own return. Just extremely poor customer service. I needed to exchange the strap for a smaller size. No help from Hamilton or Swatch Group. Very frustrating. Hopefully I get my refund.

  Hamilton was great. We had a small problem and Janette resolved this for us quickly, she was a joy to work with. Unfortunately, Fedex delayed the delivery several times and was a general pain, almost negating all the speed and efficiency of your team. But in the end it all worked out.

  Nice time piece. Great quality. Not really a fault of Hamilton but in general with the saturation of the watch market particularly SWATCH group the watch value plummets after purchase. I still love the watch, I have another Hamilton watch as well, but I like to see when I spend money a product retain its value to more of a degree. The next day after Purchasing my watch I saw an excellent condition of the $1,000 watch I just purchased sell for $545 on ebay. Doesn’t change my view of the watch itself. I prefer to buy new and I bought it to keep not sell but just because it’s significantly cheaper than most Omega doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice brand integrity by saturating the market.

  I called Customer Service to inquire about the correct size replacement watch band. As a result of that conversation I ordered a 20mm band. When it arrived it was the incorrect size, as my watch is a 22mm. I called to see about exchanging and was told because it was more than two weeks I could not exchange it. I think it was about 4 weeks after the fact, due to me having been traveling when the watch band arrived in the mail. When I explained the extenuating circumstances re timing, I was told it didn't matter, I was past the two weeks so I was out of luck. My hundred dollars down the drain, end of story. I asked to speak to a manager and was told the manager would call me. Thirty-six hours later I have had no calls. The whole episode is more than a little disappointing considering the quality of the watch and reputation of the company. I feel I acted in good faith but was denied satisfaction or even being treated as a valued customer.

  This watch has gotten so much attention from people when I wear it, great conversation starter. I’m a bigger guy, 8” wrist, and this watch fits perfectly. The face is beautiful to look at, the complications intuitive to use and the band is luxurious.

  The watch I received was a completely different color from the picture on the website. Customer service was terrible and said that because I had tried the watch on and removed the plastic seals it would not be able to be returned. On top of all this, the watch itself has broken movement, and will not move at all even after wearing and manually winding.

For example, some watch models are shown & then when trying to add to cart, it shows up as not available or available soon ( but with no indication like 4th quarter etc). Also some of the straps offered for the khaki should be changed such as the beige one for the Khaki Mechanical field watch...

  The website is very slow when utilizing the search filters and I thought it was an issue on my end, but I had the same problem with the site on multiple different computers and a few different Internet connections. Outside of that single issue, my experience wasn’t any different then any other website I might visit to make a purchase.
