  I would like to see more details regarding the product. Able to save and compare products. See related products. On delivery I didn’t receive the installation tools that were supposed to be included. I was transferred 3 times before getting someone who at least tried to help. Still waiting.

  Pretty easy to do everything all the way through the purchase. I would strongly suggest maybe putting on your website that you have to sign for the product when it is delivered. We missed the first delivery and my wife had to spend 1.5 hours at UPS waiting for the driver to get back. Other then that everything was great.

  The website was great—easy to use and complete my order and payment. A filter-by-complication feature would be nice. I ordered my watch sized, but it arrived with all links in the bracelet. I called customer service about this issue and was on-hold for almost 1/2 an hour, with no solution offered. I ordered it sized because I live 30 minutes from the nearest city—so because of the oversight I lost over an hour of my time and the money it cost to get it sized. And the wooden box my watch was in arrived in damaged condition—with scratches on the top. Lastly, I ordered my watch before business hours on a Wednesday, and it didn’t arrive until the following Monday despite the 2nd day shipping promise. The issues I had weren’t a big deal, I suppose, but still wasn’t what I was expecting. I would probably order from Hamilton again, but I’m not exactly shouting praises of recommendation to friends and family or anything. I’d probably tell people to go ahead and give you guys a try, but with the caveat to lower expectations. Watch is about 2 seconds slow after 6 days if you’re interested in that.

  The site functions well enough....to be frank I actually intended to buy a citizen as my first watch but their site wouldn't accept my card, then charged three times, so my bank blocked the card. I much prefer Hamilton's WORKING website .

  I really don't understand on how an almost $2,000 watch is sold without certify that its working properly. I bought a Jazzmaster watch and it has been delivered defective. The watch worked for a couple of hours and then stoped. Luckily I was under the return window (14 days, which is very short) and was able to return it and receive a refund. I'm a Tag Hauer and Tissot owner and I wanted to experience a different brand such as Hamilton to improve my collection. But it seems that was a bad idea.

  The watch itself was gorgeous; the problem I had was that the strap on the watch wouldn't completely go around my wrist and when I called Hamilton, to purchase a larger strap, they said there was no larger strap for the watch.... so I returned the watch. I hope in the future Hamilton will make longer watch bands or steel bands for these watches. I will continue to look on their site and if I ever do see that these watches come with a longer or steel band I would definitely reorder the watch. Customer services was awesome throughout this whole process.
