  When my watched arrive I was excited, but when I opened my my package the watch box was dirty. When I finally opened the watch box my watch was on its side and not in the fixed position. Sucked seeing my watch like that… it was probably banging/bouncing around in the box.

  I love my watch! My favorite thing was it showed up already set to Hawaiian Standard Time. That's amazing! The website was easy to figure out. Shipping was on time, even mailing it to Hawaii. This will not be my last Hamilton watch

  It was fine. Not an unpleasant experience. I came from Amazon with the item in mind. I loved the watch but did not trust the vender selling it at discount, and decided to buy directly if possible. The website is fine. The layout is okay. The image sizes are okay. My item was a little hard to find. I think it was on page 14 of a search for “khaki field automatic”.when I clicked on a watch to learn more I wished more information was available.

  I ordered 2 replacement wrist band for my khaki field. The same as the original one and a blue and white nato which I put on right away. After not even 1 week, the leather loops are already losing color and looked scratched while I am doing nothing but my daily routine while the khaki one lasted me for 2 years.

  It indicated on the Website that I would receive a Hamilton Water Bottle along with the purchase, and the watch would be in a special gift wrap. Neither of those happened. I wrote back asking about the water bottle, and no response from Hamilton. a bit disappointed after having paid full price for the watch. The watch itself was good, no complaints.
