  I was confused about the manufacture’s warranty and higher price verses other retailer’s possible lack of warranty and cheaper price point. I went with buying direct from the manufacturer. So I wouldn’t have problems having my watch serviced, if needed. This watch is going to be busy.

  Hamilton Site is very well laid out and aesthetically pleasing. My one recommendation is make it easier to switch from the international site to the regional site. I’m traveling and was automatically directed to the international site, and it took some time before I globally figured out how to get to the American site.

  I was just surfing the internet when I saw a picture of Hamilton watch and didn’t like it. A week after I decided to go surf in the internet and I saw the newest Hamilton watch and I look at it maybe three to four times and fell in love with it and I decided to buy one on the same day and I’ve got it. I love it.

  Not happy with the fit of the strap. The tip gets caught of the retainer and the other retainer can't be moved to satisfactorily cover the end tip.

  For a company of your stature, the site feels old and dated. It is also strange to not have the capacity to track your order online. Lastly, your fonts and other things for the very page that I am filling this out on do not match the rest of the brand. It looks like it was created in wix or a free page builder. I would just suggest you protect the brand that you have worked so hard to create.

  If you want people to submit a review, don’t force them to add written comments, submitting a review is very quick if it is all boxes and stars. Adding comments starts to take up time and then people can’t be bothered to fill it in and therefore actually close out before populating the survey and don’t submit, when they were going to. You would get more results without the qualitative comments being mandatory I think. You’re welcome. The watch is great.

  This is the 3rd time I have purchased this same watch. This is the first time it has come so basic, no extra metal band and in a little box. Previously it had the metal band, nice box with little tools. Hamilton changed.

  I've owned Hamilton watches for many years. I own a couple dozen vintage Hamilton watches and my recent purchase of the Hamilton Khaki Bronze watch was my fourth modern Hamilton. The watch looks great but after having it for a week it has stopped working properly. Three times in the last twenty four hours it has stopped. It is properly wound but keeps stopping.

  My current Khaki Field Automatic is 13 years old and is having it's first service. I am on the 3rd strap and this purchase is my backup for 3 or 4 years from now. I appreciate being able to maintain the original like-new appearance with the stock strap being available. Thank you.
