  Watch is a great quality. Price is about $200 more than it should be. Only reason it is so high is because of the bronze case. Not worth $400 more than the stainless steel option.

  The Hamilton website and purchase/payment options were fine; comparable with better online shopping experiences. I received an order confirmation and receipt but NOT a shipment confirmation or tracking number so I received it without notification. I did receive a shipping notification well after I received my purchase which led me to believe there was a duplicate order. I had to confirm with my financial payment companies that I hadn't in fact placed 2 orders.

  The watch is very well made. I like the way the days of the week are spelled out. I would have liked to order the stainless steel band but it was not an option. Pay by credit card was not an option. I also asked to be notified when one of the watches would be available and that never happened. Delivery was free and fast which I really like. Overall the process to order was good.

  Even before the watch arrived, I tried to return it. The customer service department has not responded to me after contacting them several times. I would never recommend anything from this company to any of my friends. It was a horrible experience.

  Overall good experience on the website. The only disappointment was that I used the sizing function to measure my wrist. The watch clearly came not sized. I inquired with the service group and it took a week for them to respond. By then, I had taken to a Hamilton authorized jeweler for sizing. Kinda defeats purpose of buying online.

  I really like the watch strap that I ordered. But, my buying experience wasn't great. I sent an email to get some information and didn't receive a reply for a few days. So, I called and spoke to someone on the phone. The person I spoke with told me one thing. Then, I received an email reply a few days later with information contradicting what the guy on the phone told me. It was confusing and annoying to be told different things and to stress about my order.
