  I bought this watch as a grad gift. It was not to my son’s liking and I’ve spent a week trying to return it. My emails remain unanswered and the 30 day clock is ticking. I’m extremely disappointed that a company with a solid reputation for quality has left me with an expensive watch I might not be able to return. It has tainted my otherwise positive opinion of Hamilton.

  I purchased my Hamilton watch while on holiday.I knew nothing of your brand at that time. I currently own 2 Rolex’s 1 Tag Heuer and 1 Omega. I got you product based on my knowledge of watch components and operation.I wanted a black watch for casual wear. I am very happy to report that the automatic movement on my Hamilton Khaki is more reliable than the Tag Heuer and one of my Rolex’s.The only draw back so far is the case finish is not as durable as I would have hoped.The crystal is great the bezel dents a little but retains its finish unfortunately the black finish on the case scratch’s revealing the stainless.Only for that one weakness I am very impressed with the product. I purchased the rubber strap.Delivery was Fast seamless and even came with the tool needed to swap straps out.Very positive experience.Now if you could get your engineers to put a more durable finish on the case you would have the best watch on the market for the money.

  You need to allow your customers the option to have UPS hold their package at the UPS location. I am always working when UPS shows up so nobody is home to sign for it. If you're going to require a signature then don't prevent me from having UPS hold the package at the hub so I can drive down and sign for it.

  I had to buy this strap to replace a defective one on a brand new Hamilton that was delivered with a defective band. Customer service has been unresponsive, so I basically had to pay $55 extra to get a new band and fix the issue myself. TERRIBLE customer service at Hamilton. Really disappointed.

  Not too bad of an experience I think though selections should represent the model watch that someone enters so that bands or accessories would be specific to that watch and not have to go through the entire inventory to find something that may or may not work for that particular watch that's the only issue I can see or say to make the experience better.

  I love Hamilton watches. Great price and quality. My only small complaint would be to add an option for delivery preferences. In my case, I just ordered a watch band for an event that I had to go to over the weekend. Even though it arrived on time with days to spare, I was not able to get it because it required a signature to receive, and I was always at work. Pleading with the shipping company didn’t work because the person receiving the package cannot make changes to the delivery. To make matters even more frustrating, on the 3rd attempt(when I was already gone at the event) they accidentally delivered it to my neighbors house and she signed for it. Once she realized it was mine she put it in my mailbox and it was there when I returned. Great band. I even tried getting ahold of Hamilton watches to change the delivery option but it didn’t work. I’m still giving this 5 stars because the quality was great and the shipping was fast. I guess I just have bad luck.

  Watch arrived defective. Customer service takes several days to return an email. No refund, no replacement. They did not honor the return period. So it is in for service but they are waiting for spare parts. Another month I am told.

  What initially attracted me to Hamilton was it being originally made in the US (now Swiss), and I was looking for a classic mechanical, manual wind watch with a military heritage. Hamilton delivered on this.

  Ordering was easy and I love the watch. Unfortunately I’m the date dial mechanism did not work and customer service was very slow and unresponsive to get me a replacement watch in time for my anniversary trip, for which this present was purchased as an anniversary present. I also had an issue early on in the purchase process. The watch was unavailable with “more coming soon” so I signed up for an email notification for when it would be available again. After receiving a notification a few days later that it was back in stock I went to purchase the watch but the website would not complete the transaction. I had to reach out to costumer service who assured me it was in stock and resent a link and I was then able to purchase the watch. After having ti send it back in because the date dial would not engage, I was further disappointed with the lack of communication from the customer service team who treated my watch as if I were getting it serviced instead of replacing it. I have several Hamilton and plan on growing my collection but am hesitant to purchase through the website again.

  This was my 1st time buying a timepiece online. Won't do it again! Hamilton watches are good. Since online is their biggest mode of sales they really have lots to do! 1) clearly declare which watches can't have their straps altered 2) ask for size regardless of strap or bracelet 3) if you don't do these the pain of sizing, sending back etc is not worth the effort of buying Hamilton watches!

  I have a few watches in my collection, but Hamilton is one of my favorite brands! Actually, my first watch was a Hamilton! These watches are well built, have good aesthetics, their calibers are reliable, very precise (I have two Hamilton watches, both with a precision of about /- 4 seconds per day)! Hamilton simply delivers what it promises! You just cannot go wrong with a Hamilton watch!

  I placed my order 06/09 9:33pm my time. I do shipping & receiving and i know standard ground shipping should take 5-7 business day. Today is 10 days since i placed the order and still haven't received my order. Im so disappointed that my order wasn't received on time. It was supposed to be part of fathers day present and my gift wasn't complete. I love the brand I have a few Hamilton pieces but this service was so disappointing.
