  I love the 38 Khaki Field Mechanical and own 4 of them (2 with the ETA mvmt and 2 with the H50 mvmt) along with a few other Hamiltons. I prefer the ETA for the smoother sweep, but unfortunately, the bronze and black PVD weren't released with the ETA mvmt. I'm now purchasing all of the NATO-style straps because I believe the Hamilton's to be the most comfortable. I appreciate the leather keepers vs the metal found on the competition.

  I love this diver watch style. I don't dive and will never dive but for me this style watch has long-term appeal. I have another more expensive Swiss Made watch, but as expected it has become an heirloom item that I don't want exposed to everyday use. I now know through ownership that my first Hamilton watch will after many years eventually join that one in the case.

  The strap did not fit, as I need a 17mm, but that size is no longer available in the site. A 16mm is too small and an 18mm is too big. I can take out the cylinders to swap them for a size that would fit due to the retractor built in. Because of the lack of leather on the strap to accommodate the retractor, the band ripper when I was trying to get it off the watch after it did not fit.

  I received the wrong size strap unfortunately. I sent it back immediately and I’m waiting for a exchange hopefully. The size was too big, I’ve never had to send anything back or ever had a problem. Just hope this gets resolved swiftly.

  I bought this watch for my Husband, our 15th Wedding Anniversary. He's always been fascinated by watches and wanted to ease his way into someday starting a collection. I started searching for the perfect first watch for him. He's an avid sportsman, fishing, hunting, clay shooting, and into military history. As I fell into the rabbit hole of watches and deciding which one to get, I could not get the Hamilton Khaki Field Mechanical watch out of my head, so i went with it. AND HE LOVES IT! He's really enjoying this watch, and is getting a lot of compliments on it, some think that it's very high end. It's a beautiful time piece, with precision movements and couldn't be a better introduction into the world of watches. He's learning more and more about it every day and is really enjoying wearing it. Proud to be wearing something that has such a strong American heritage. So far its wearing well, he loves the color I went with (Dial Color Green, NATO Strap and Stainless Steel Brown). So far, so great!!

  I limited my choice of NATO strap sizes using your website's filter. Because it was a Hamilton strap, I could justify spending the $50 on it. But, when the strap was finally delivered, I was too narrow for my Khaki field… Pretty disappointed and ended up going back my old $10 nato from Amazon.

  This is my first Hamilton. I am enjoying the manual watch, with a classic chrono. It's accurate, and comfortable on my 7.5" wrist. As a form RAF pilot, I particularly enjoy the heritage of the watch, and really enjoy it's retro styling. Well done Hamilton!

  The initial service was ok and questions where answered but one and that would create a problem. The call after package was received the person would not listen to my concern of the extra fee I paid for overnight service that I did not get the package coming on Tuesday for a order that was made on the Thursday before. They would not entertain my request and rudly cut me off in my explanation.

  Easy to find products, I wish there was more variety with colored buckles though. There’s only 2 20mm straps that have black buckles. Mall the other straps are silver buckles and clad with the all black khaki field mechanical.

  I was sent the wrong item and Hamilton’s customer service is soo bad that they won’t even fix the issue. I shipped the wrong item back to Hamilton and not only they kept the wrong item but also charged my credit card. So they took the money and the wrong item back.

  It was pretty easy to find the bands that would fit my watch, and the one I selected (Khaki Field BLACK STRAP 20mm) fits perfectly. The installation tool was a great help as without it I would have had to cut the old band off the retaining pins. The shipping time was very short and I received my new band only two days after I ordered it.

  The watch is fantastic, buying new watch bands isn’t. Over 100 dollars is crazy money for something I will need to replace again(this is my third band in 3 years). Even with the handy tool supplied (of which I also have 3 of) the price is steeper than I’d ever want to pay
