  Bought the panda dial chronobwitbbghr black band but thought it would look much better on this bracket and was not disappointed. Easy to adjust sizing. A bit of difficulty with changing the strap on the case. A bit of a tight fit. Hard to get the changing tool between the lug and band end to remove or replace the bars.

  Let me preface with the fact that the “Hamilton” watch site navigation is extremely intuitive. I was on the “notify” list for the “Air Zermatt,” and was notified when available. The ordering process was simple enough and delivery was indeed [2-Day] expedited. Very pleased with my order.

  I used PayPal to purchase my watch which uses a P. O. Box address. Of course customer service called me to get a physical address for UPS. The customer service lady was very helpful in getting everything worked out and my watch was delivered successfully. I wish you would consider delivering to a P. O. Box as the Post Office is more reliable than UPS. By the way, the 2 day delivery took 4 days. But I am happy, the watch is beautiful.

  I was very dissapointed that the original watch band showed the wear that it did. I only wear the watch to formal and dinner events, so it does not see any type of aggressive use. Spending $100.00 for the replacement was hard to accept. I do love the watch itself though.

  When I placed my order I also used the email address and requested my order not to ship until the 9th of Nov. as I was out of town. This was not done. I almost missed my pick up day and UPS was about to send my order back. Why provide an email address on the checkout page if nobody reads the mail?

  The pieces to connect the strap to the watch face are significantly smaller that the strap itself. It’s impossible to connect the strap to the watch face. Please let me know if you can provide a pieces.
