  This watch is extremely disappointing. It is TOO small for a man and the strap is terrible. I really wanted to love this watch but I returned it the day after it arrived. I do not recommend this watch at all.

  I have been looking at adding Hamilton to my collection recently. I love the rich history of the brand and reputation. I ordered the Khaki King. It was at my door two days later. The presentation was excellent and the watch is everything I expected and more. I couldn’t be happier so far and this won’t be my last Hamilton I add to collection.

  The strap came and it was either used or mishandled. It looked as if it had been pinned either in show or display as there was a noticeable crease where the buckle was. I purchased a calf leather NATO Strap for my Khaki Field Automatic and it had scuffs in the leather or more commonly referred to as scratches in it. I am not going through the hassle of returning it as I don’t feel like waiting another nearly two weeks for a replacement. Honestly it is highly likely it will incur more blemishes as I wear it. Disappointing, 100 dollars for a leather strap, you would think it would be flawless upon its arrival.

  Quick shipping, and the complementary tool helped a lot with changing straps. Only one complaint is that I wished there were more options for 22mm straps. An all black NATO strap would be amazing.

  Customer service was absolutely amazing. My watch was never initially delivered as UPS lost the package in transit, but working with Hamilton customer service, they did everything they could to push the issue with UPS, get the claim resolved, and get me a replacement sent and delivered overnight.

  I originally bought the wrong size and had to exchange it. Upon receiving the initial bracelet it came in a box which was a great presentation and keepsake to hold the bracelet when i am not wearing it. When I made the exchange though, it was sent in a plastic bag.

  The product line is an outstanding value. I own two fine pieces and I am very happy with both. The watch strap is a bit stiff. I hope with time it will more easily conform to my wrist. The web site and customer support are stellar. Add watch thickness to every item.

  Love the watch strap my brother asked for it for christmas. Excellent shipping time it came in so quick my only complaint is the packaging. I thought it would be a bit nicer considering the price (it has a couple of tiny tips in it) but nothing a nice bow couldn’t fix!

  The bracelet was not sized for my watch (even though I provided the measurement). Now I'm faced with taking it to a jeweler and having it sized (at additional cost) before I can even wear this ~$600 watch.

  We did have a issue with delivery but it was the UPS service carrier. The customer services person I talked to went above and beyond to help me find the watch. I can not stress how wonderful they were.
