  My overall experience purchasing a watch from Hamilton was pretty good and I liked the fast delivery. The only reason I’m not leaving five stars is because of issues with the watch itself. The watch keeps pretty good time but loses a little every day which bothers me. I’d rather have a watch that was slightly fast if not exact. There are design issues that I am leaving in my review of the specific watch that I purchased but overall it’s a good watch.

  I’ve tried contacting service through email no response yet about my issue called and never got a return call the watch was lose inside the box and damaged and scratched the inside of the box if it wasn’t a limited edition I wouldn’t mind also watch was lightly scratched but was able to get most of the scratches out

  First of all, I'd like to say I love the watch I purchased from HamiltonWatch.com. The website provides a wealth of information about your products and it is presented in a very good way. However, it would be nice if the rest of the customer experience could be improved. During my purchase, I created an account. Unfortunately, I could not (and still am not able to log onto this account). I keep getting a message, "The account sign-in was incorrect or your account is disabled temporarily. Please wait and try again later." Attempts to 'Forget Password' to fix the login situation did not work - as no reset email was received. Also, prior to shipment of my watch I sent an email to to customer support. I only received an automated acknowledgement. My question went unanswered. My overall rating of my experience on HamiltonWatch.com would be much better if not for these two issues. I
