  The best ETA quartz movement you can get for the money. I always wanted a quartz movement that had these types of complications and it has delivered. FYI - Stay away from those second hand resellers like Nordstrom Rack. Those are unofficial refurbished watches that don’t have a factory warranty.

  Customer services was fantastic. I hesitated about buying the watch but wanted something special for my husbands 50th. Customer service helped me to get the watch delivered to the west coast in less than two days. It’s a beautiful watch and my hard to buy for husband absolutely loves it.

  I like the wide variety of types of watches. My only irritation with websites is when I have to click on multiple pages to keep seeing options. I'd rather simply keep scrolling down. I don't care if it's 1000 items or 50, it's highly annoying to keep clicking to a new page to see more items.

  Hamilton website gives only cursory information rather than detailed information and while the photos are nice they rarely show the back of the watch . They don’t offer longer bands for those of us without dainty wrists. I spent over 2000.00 on a watch and then had to spend another 140 bucks to get a longer band for it!!! That’s unacceptable.

  We ordered a watch for a graduation gift for our son. It arrived defective. I mailed it back and finally received an email letting me know that I would have to contact Hamilton to inquire about tracking the new watch. Why can’t Hamilton contact me? You made the error, and are asking me to 1. Call you to make the return, 2. Pack up and deliver the defective watch to FedEx, 3. Wait until return is received (no problem with this) and 4. Contact you to learn when you can send us a new watch. How about proactive outreach to the customer who was wronged?

  Hamilton Ventura with leather band. Band is TOO SHORT and clasp is a silly idea. I had to order a longer band, which is silly. I own 8 watches and this the only one that doesn't fit out of the box. Also: My first watch was the small ladies version, which I exchanged. It looks identical to the large version and I didn't see the size specs. Make it more clear on the website.
