  Pictures and videos don't do this watch justice. Feels and looks great on wrist(38mm) exceeded my expectations, only negative but not deal breaker it needs more AR coating. It would make a difference and look more luxury.

  Dealing with your website is one of the most aggravating experiences I've ever had. I was trying to put it on one of my personal credit cards with the paper my order and it made the shipping and billing address a impossible act. Eventually I went ahead and used my prime account with Amazon to complete the transaction. You need to fix your website urgently!

  Overall good experience, but I was looking for a replacement band for my Khaki field watch. The correct model was "green" but nothing about it looks green. I had to call to have someone assure me that was the replacement.

  I like how the little picture showing the band options is displayed with the main watch widget. With that said, it was a little confusing at first when I searched for a watch and received a list showing the same watch but with the different bands. I started selecting the bands changing the picture and then realized I had the same watch in my search list three times. Small UX issue. :) Other than that, great experience.

  I ordered a strap and it doesn't come with the spring bars. I wasn't sure about whether they provide the spring bars with the strap so I sent an email to ask. It took them 4 days to respond and the response is not helpful at all. They just provided a return label for me to send back the strap for their investigation. What I asked was simply whether the strap purchase includes the spring bars.

  I was trying to locate a replacement band for my watch. The search feature would not locate my model number. Called customer service and they located the model number and replacement band however they could not provide a pic of the band to confirm it was the right band. I ended up ordering another band not associated with my model number only to receive and notice that it not similar to original band. The original band was 21mm crocodile. Nothing on the site offers 21 mm replacement.

  This being the first automatic watch I’ve ever purchased and definitely the most expensive I was quite apprehensive about it, even having read so many great reviews of it. Once I received the watch I was very impressed, the packaging was great, presentation was awesome, I’ve worn it to work and to bed for several weeks now just to see how it feels. And I LOVE it, it’s very comfortable on the wrist, doesn’t look like a huge tank, easy to read. I can’t really say much bad if anything at all bad about it right now. I’m definitely going to get another Hamilton, thanks for the great product guys!

  Found the watches for our sons through the website, which showed each watch in great detail. Setting the right filter was a bit challenging at times, but the only problem was looking at even more great watches to choose from. The purchase and delivery were speedy, easy, and handled perfectly. Our sons love their Hamiltons, their first "real" watches as adult men.

  The customer service team, including the manager, was not able to provide any leeway in the return and exchange policy. This is despite the strap being received defective with an issue in the stitching being loose/unraveled. They were unwilling to work with me on extending the time frame for return despite family circumstances.

  The site search bar is in need of improvement, however it's not anything in need of immediate overhaul. Just a little buggy. Hardly what brought me to make a review though. The strap is beautiful, soft and plenty big enough for a man with wrists larger than twigs. As a watch snob, I love it.
