  The only complaint was with customer service. They told me that my watch already had a large band on it and I had to tell her that the band I had was not a extra large . This may determine if I ever buy another Hamilton watch . I have already purchased two.

  The watch is broken; the minute and second hands aren't moving. My husband (the watch was a gift for him) emailed customer service asking for advice, and he got a formulaic/boilerplate response back telling him to ship the watch back and that after it is inspected, he can decide what happens next. The watches here, while not super luxury, are also not cheap, and I expect a more personal customer service experience at this price point. We were not impressed.

  The watch and strap are fantastic. Unfortunately, your web site was very misleading about expedited “next day” delivery. I paid the fee because I needed the watch before leaving town. I got an email the next day saying it had been shipped; it arrived 3 days later. When I contacted customer service to request a refund, I got a response saying that there was a 2-4 day processing time before watches ship. First, that’s not “next-day” delivery. Second, in my case, I got an email the very next day saying the watch HAD shipped, yet it still arrived late. I sent two more emails to customer service and got no response. This is not how I expect a luxury watchmaker to treat its customers. Will I buy again from Hamiltonwatch.com? Unlikely. Will I tell my friends about my bad experience? Definitely.

  The site itself is pretty easy to work through. Appreciated feature where when I click on the watch I have, a recommended strap with correct sizing would pop up.   Watch was supposed to be sized but it wasn’t sized. The crown didn’t work, it was stuck, so I returned it. Not sure why the company wouldn’t check the watch before sending it out, that’s poor quality control. Overwise a nice looking watch.

  Purchased my fiancé a jazz master as a wedding gift. Delivery was very fast! It didn’t come with the tool to change the band even though I ordered a separate band. Customer service was fast and efficient and I received the toll free of charge in a few days.
