  I love Hamilton! I have my grandfather's 1938 Hamilton in my case. lovingly displayed. I just bought my first Hamilton with throughs toward him and that watch. Amazing and rich history

  Strap was not new. Clearly used and scuffed. Tried to send it back and the return label provided is apparently incorrect and now it is lost in mail. I have no idea where the ($100) strap is. Customer service was no help. Returning time piece and seeking better brands.

  Quality is A . Runs within COSC specs even tho it’s not certified. Definitely a watch that goes above and beyond!!! I highly recommend this watch as your daily driver/first automatic watch. Build quality is wonderful.

I did find an "our day/date" watches page on your website via Google that was filterable, but I couldn't figure out how to get to this page with your own website navigation.   Nice website layout. Some of the photos are misleading. Specifically this watch looks "white" in the photos. And more silver on my wrist. I chose this watch looking for greater contrast between numbers on the dial and the color of the daily compared to the same model with the blue dial and white numbers. I was anticipating a more white colored face. Overall I am still happy with my purchase. It just didn't arrive exactly as I had anticipated. But that comes with online shopping

  I wanted my watch band to be adjusted before it was shipped. This was not done. Now, I must send the watch back for adjustment. I took it to my jewler, who did not have the pins required for adjustment. What a Hassel!!! The emails and required documentation to send back the watch for adjustment is complicated. I had to take a picture of the warranty before a shipping lable could be sent. I also wanted to send my privious watch to have 2 numbers on the face fixed. This seemed very complicated. In addition, the price for the adjustments were unavailable.

  Ordering was easy and the watch was delivered promptly. However, I would have rather had to sign for the watch. When you spend over $2000 for a watch, I would expect a better delivery method. I was very disappointed to find the box on my doorstep when I came home.
