  Watch was received broken, customer service has become unresponsive. I'm sure I got a one in a thousand sent broken watch, but I'm still shocked after hearing nothing but good things about the brand. Really disappointed. At least an apologetic email response would be nice but I guess ghosting me is Hamilton's approach. I've sent the watch back for a refund.

  This rating is regarding the delivery. When I called Hamilton they said it will be delivered today , when I called UPS they said it is on hold you have to come and pick it up. After 4 days of following up with both Hamilton and UPS ,finally I picked up my package at UPS center. It wasted 1hr of time everyday to communicate regarding the status of my package.

  I originally ordered the watch from a retail store for a birthday gift for a friend. Every time I went to check status it kept saying processing, it had already been 2 weeks and I needed it for a certain date. I canceled the order and went directly to Hamiltons website ordered it and got it in one day!!!

  The watch is very nice. However, the shipping was confusing. When I ordered it, the order form said 2 day shipping. Instead, it took over a week to receive it. That was frustrating since I had to sign for the watch I needed to plan to be at home when it arrived. I then gave the watch to my husband as a gift. He put it on but it didn't run so we attempted to call the number included in the box. When we called, the person on the other end was not helpful. They started by asking a lot of personal questions none of which had anything to do with my order. They wanted my name, they wanted my address, my phone number, my email address, they wanted me to verify that I had called them and they had not called me, and they wanted my credit card number to charge me a fee of $3.95 before they would talk with me about the issue. They did not want my order number. They did not want to know which watch I had ordered. This was very frustrating. I had just ordered a $1000 watch that did not work and they wanted another $3.95 just to talk to me??? This felt very scammy. I looked at the paperwork multiple times to make sure I had the number right and I did. I finally hung up and called a number that I found on the website. They transferred me and transferred me again and finally got me to someone who sent me a label to send the watch back. This was my husband's birthday present and it had already been a week late. After the scam type phone call and having to wait longer than promised for it to arrive I was very leery of sending the watch back. I went ahead and took it to a local jewelry store where they put a new battery in the watch and it worked. It cost $20 but the customer service was worth it. I won't be purchasing from Hamilton or Swatch again.

  You offered to size the watch band for me. When the Watch arrived, it was clearly not sized at all. It was 3-4 sizes too big. I had to dig out my watch tools and take links out myself. I ordered the watch on a Wednesday, but didn’t receive it until the following Tuesday, despite your site saying 2-day shipping. I thought the extra time was due to sizing, but as I said, it was not sized. So the 2-day shipping turned into a week and I had to size the watch myself.

  This company would be well served to provide more details about the products on their website. I have owned a Hamilton since 2003 and I was excited to see that a Lady Hamilton was finally available, which I purchased for my wife. When we received it, the bracelet was too large, even after removing the links. This could have been avoided if we had known the min and max wrist sizes that the piece would accommodate. Otherwise, the service was excellent, and we are awaiting a refund. Our next step is to try on another piece at a retail store.

  This is my first Hamilton, I have always respected the brand for its rich history. The watch I purchased is everything I wanted and more. I highly recommend Hamilton not only as a brand but a quality watch manufacturer. They produce high quality timepieces that are very understated compared to the other swatch brands I think they are on the same playing field as the other upper echelon of brands.

  I ordered the Nato strap, when I got it turns out I ordered the wrong one! A simple phone call later I had a label to return the wrong one and the exchange arranged for the correct item! Super easy to order the item and awesome customer service to correct the mistake I had made!
