  I asked for a notification when a watch die been eyeing since last year came available and was able to seamlessly order it the day I got the email. This is my third watch from Hamilton (I have the original Murph, and now 2 of the Navy Scuba; one in blue that was a gift for my brother and most recently the hot pink).

  Overall it’s Ok! The delivery time to Cali was around 10 days. The quality of the nato strap is not bad but 60$ is not the correct price for this quality! Every time I’m struggling to fit the pin in the strap holes, it’s pretty annoying.

  The unique styling of the Venture is modern yet classic. In business, I see a sea of Rolexes. I have never heard anyone in a conference or board room comment on the other person's Rolex.   I needed a smaller leather watch band. Getting that proved quite difficult. I first had to have the current band removed, and sent in, only to find out that the replacement band was on back order. It was very annoying to have to go to a jeweler to have the band removed, and then again to have to sort out the smaller strap. Hamilton should have just sent me the smaller band so I could have swapped it out in one visit. Even better - it would be great if I could have chosen my wristband size when making the initial purchase. For what it's worth, the customer service provided by Hamilton was very helpful.

  Despite taking great care of my watch, it stopped working a month after I received it and I’ve been unable to response from Hamilton regarding the situation. Very disappointing. Hamilton watches are expensive, its customer support needs to be more responsive. A bitterly disappointing experience.

  Site was easy to use. Delivery went without a hitch. Box and presentation very nice. Absolutely adore my field mechanical 38mm, fantastic fantastic watch. Wears light as a feather, particularly like the strap with the leather bit that encircles the whole wrist including under the watch back. Faithful recreation of the original iconic watch with its own nice modern flavor, even like the fauxtina lume color. Overall a brilliant watch from a brilliant company for an incredible price. I went ahead an ordered a Khaki King when I found out it is Gregory House MD's watch!

  I ordered a watch on 6/20 and got a tracking number. It only ever said that a label was created. I called your support line more than 5 times and each time they said they would call me back with an update and that never happened. On 6/29, I received a credit memo email and a full refund with NO information as to why. I had to call today to find out that there was an issue with UPS and you then processed the watch as a return. If my son didn't really want this watch, I would not be buying from your store. This is the WORST customer experience I have ever seen. I'm not buying a timex here. Horrible. I am going to do some shopping and look at a TAG or Breitling and see if I can change his mind.

  The website experience was fine very informative and easy to navigate. It was also very easy to place my Order. However, once my order was placed it was downhill from there. There was no way for me to select my delivery date or alter the delivery in anyway. UPS informed me that in order to make any changes I would have to reach out and speak with the shipper to authorize this. I waited on hold during business hours for an hour and a half and finally gave up. UPS policy states that if a customer is not there to sign, they will return the following day and try again and once again a third day. I was working these three days and had no way to sign for the package or anyway to alter the delivery instructions because I could not get a hold of anyone from the Hamilton team. On the third attempted delivery day. I left work early and tried to get home in time to accept the package. Unfortunately, when I arrived, a delivery attempt had already been made, and there was a letter informing me that the package would be returned to sender. However, two hours later, my UPS driver knocked on my door and informed me that on his way back to the warehouse he wanted to Attempt delivery one last time. thankfully, I was home and was able to accept the package. Everything worked out in the end and I was able to receive my watch and I am absolutely in love with it. However, my purchasing experience with Hamilton was definitely not as good as it could’ve been and a watch of this quality should definitely have a buying experience, much better than what I received.
