  Shipping has been a nightmare. I still don't have the package because Hamilton screwed up the address, and then instead of making it available for pick up you just placed it on hold. I'm on four different phone calls and counting now. Wildly inconvenient.

  Hi, I received my watch as a gift during October. In this time of me writing this message, I am 15 years old. This is the first mechanical watch I have ever owned, and I've learned that the functions on mechanical watches are way different than the electronic battery ones. My first ever watch was a G Shock by Casio, and I only use it at school. In other outdoor activities, I use this mechanical watch which is my second ever watch ever owned. This is by far the coolest watch I've seen and wore. The only improvement that needs work on is the blue nylon air glaciers watch band. My wrist width is 16cm, but this watch band is too long for my wrist. The end of the band reaches out of the wrist band and pokes out. When adjusting it to not poke out, it creates a triangle shape that is very uncomfortable. My only recommendation is to make the band shorter so it can fit more perfectly and comfortably. Other than that, the watch is excellent and very nice, alongside with the color. Overall, this mechanical watch is memorable experience that only lacks little imperfections. Thank you for this watch!!!

  This really is one of the best Nato straps out there. I keep seeing Hamilton pop up in forums when asking about best Nato straps. This is the best in my opinion. Fits perfect. I personally really like the tail that does not fold but has a nice leather (or metal) end. And extremely well made. I had to get the XL Nato because the regular the tail was hardly reaching the last keeper. (7.25 - inch wrist)

  Strap does not fit Hamilton Khaki 38mm. Hamilton is not allowing returns despite me only receiving delivery 12 days ago. Hamilton seems to be counting from the shipping date rather than the actual delivery date.

  Provided the sizing for my watch but it arrived unchanged. Maybe I misunderstood but I ordered the watch with a stainless band and gave a wrist size because I thought it would be adjusted out of the box. Unfortunately the watch didn’t seem to be flawless out of the box either. I noticed a small blemish under on the underside but since I have removed all the adhesives and tags, I assume it’s not returnable. I was previously a fan of Hamilton and will continue to be but I those are a couple disappointments I faced with this purchase. I’m open to getting another one someday and am hopeful to not face the same, admittedly somewhat minor, disappointments.

  The site is very....average. The come-on for expedited processing and delivery as baloney and not openly -- at least i didn't see it -- disclosed. I was so annoyed I tried to cancel the order but that apparently couldn't be done either. I was very unhappy, now having to hang around the house to sign for a package I really no longer wanted.
