  Went to the Hamilton website to check out the Cooper, but found this. OMG, the best looking Khaki Field! It is perfect for me. Titanium, no date, awesome dial. Only neg is that I wish it was a little bigger 37 or 38mm and had 20mm lugs. But it is still my favorite watch over my explorer. Very happy I was one of the few to obtain one.

  The site was easy to navigate and shipping was quick and since it was through UPS tracking was familiar. However having missed the initial delivery attempt, I reached out to customer service to direct the package to a nearby UPS store since signature was required. The representative refused to assist and told me my best bet was to order a new watch and send it to a different address, then return the original watch for a refund if I was able to get it. It was very frustrating, since timing was important as I was buying it as a gift.

  I appreciate it was a no-frills shopping experience, simply laying out the selections and allowing me to compare some choices side-by-side. The pictures were great although I would appreciate more of the back where it has a clear insert allowing you to see the mechanism. That itself is a thing of beauty.

  The watch was not sized as instructed in the order. No links had been removed. I contacted customer service and was instructed to ship it back or pay out of pocket for sizing locally. You missed out on a sale over the costs of sizing. I returned the watch for a refund and will buy another brand locally.

  Very fast shipping, ordered on New Year’s Day, received Jan 3rd. My only complaint would be with UPS, as the shipping box looked crushed on one side. However, watch box was fine. Watch itself was a bit cold, almost freezing, but seems to be functioning well

  The strap was longer than what i requested si i had to lose time and pay a watch store ti take a link out. I also took the time to print and measure my wrist ti avoid this. There is no eureka in morse code on the seconds dial.

  I purchased the last two watches of a particular model and missed the delivery. I called Hamilton (got swatch group) and they told me that the watches would need to be restocked first before they could be shipped back to me. I asked if they could change my shipping address to my business since a signature is required and I wouldn’t be home to sign for the watches. They said they couldn’t change the shipping address due to fraud policy, Further, since I had purchased the last two watches in that particular color scheme, they wouldn’t be able to send me the watches I had purchased since they were technically out of stock. They said Hamilton would issue me a refund and I could try to purchase the watches again once they were back in stock on Hamilton website. In the end, I was super excited to give the two watches as gifts, but missed the Christmas delivery and now it seems Hamilton wont send me the watches so I need to buy elsewhere once they refund my money. Big disappointment, wish Hamilton’s customer service was as good as their watches.

  My wife sent me a link to a watch to buy her for Christmas, thinking it was a mechanical watch. She saw it described as a quartz watch, but thought it referred to the face, and not to the crystal time reference. I know the quartz designation is pretty standard for non-mechanical watches so it's hard to fault the web site. (I even deal with quartz references at work, but didn't think to double-check.) Maybe some consideration to indicating it's not a mechanical watch? Something like... "for our mechanical watches, please visit here..."

  Ordered a watch with 2-day shipping on a Friday and the following Wednesday hadn't heard anything from Hamilton. I messaged customer service and they never responded(it's been over a week now). They did eventually ship the watch but not until I asked them where it was. I returned the watch and Hamilton signed for it over a week ago and has yet to acknowledge receipt of it or issue a refund. The negligent customer service and lack of attention to detail has turned me off of the brand.

  Website was good but delivery was confusing. It would be nice if there was an estimate of when the watch would arrive especially because you have to sign for it. For example do you could plan it to arrive on a weekend. Also the only delivery option was 1day ground but it did not arrive in one day which was confusing.

  I ordered watches with bracelet adjustment. Despite the fact it was 2nd day delivery, the first update on my order I have received in four days. When watches have arrived, the package was opened (obviously because of bracelet adjustment, so no question about it), but the watches inside weren’t accurately packed. In fact the person who worked on a bracelet didn’t care about the presentation at all. That was somewhat disappointing but fine. But third thing - the watches were scratched on the back, where the planet is engraved. I didn’t notice and wore watches with the plastic on the back side for almost two days, but when I noticed, there were sings that plastic was previously removed and scratch on the watches body. I wish I would buy these watches from a partner store, not from Hamilton directly

  very stoked about spending my budget given by my family for a $1000 watch so I did my research and chose the Hamilton. The fact that after all of my trying, the watch hands do not line up with the number track. Very disappointing. My uncle was a jeweler and gave me a Bulova watch in 1962 that still works fine.

  I purchased a strap for my husband's watch as a birthday gift. I bought the wrong size. When I reached out to customer service to ask for an exchange, it took them 5 days to respond to me. They informed me that the return window is only 14 days, and that there was nothing they could do. Now I am stuck with a $55 strap I cannot use and I cannot bring myself to buy the right size one from this brand because I am so disappointed in their customer service.

  I ordered this watch for my husband’s Christmas and birthday gift. The website was easy to use and order specifications were easy to enter. I received email updates regarding my order so I was informed every step of the way. The watch arrived extremely well-packaged and was in pristine condition. I will say that the watch was too large (we had used the sizing guide) but we were able to take it to a local jeweler to adjust for only $12. Overall, very happy with my experience!

  Desperately been waiting for a 36mm field watch from Hamilton in titanium. The 38 khakis have semi-long lug-to-lug so this one is perfect for wrists 6-6.75 inches.
