  I’m really impressed with my Hamilton Jazzmaster Open Heart—it has a perfect mix of classic elegance and contemporary style, with the open dial beautifully showcasing the movement. The build quality is excellent, and the automatic movement runs smoothly, though a longer power reserve would be a great addition.

  My original order was cancelled by Hamilton without any notification to me. I only found out when I contacted them about an ETA since it had been a few weeks with no order update as i was concerned about it arriving on time for my husband's 40th birthday. I purchased the watch with a CC and was supposed to get 8% cash back with my CC company due to an arrangement between my CC company and Hamilton, but I had to re-order the watch and the cash back special no longer existed. It seems kinda scammy. Was that why my order was cancelled, over an $80 reward from my CC company? When the watch arrived it was very nicely packaged, but a chunk of metal around the dial chipped off immediately which is a huge eye sore. I read through their 3 year warranty and it doesn't look like damage to cheap materials are covered and it's too big to buff out. My husband literally wore it for 3 hours in our home and it chipped. I was buying this watch to last a lifetime with him wearing it a few days a week, but I don't know if it will last that long.

  When attempting to return the watch within the 14-day return period, Hamilton claimed there were signs of use on the watch when it was never used. The watch was out of the box for a few minutes. They wouldn't provide proof of wear but simply rejected the return. Very unhelpful and uncaring.

  The Hamilton Field Khaki Automatic is a fantastic watch! Shipping was super fast, and the watch itself looks and feels great—classic, rugged, and well-built. The only downside was that the printed sizing tool recommended a size that was too big, so I had to adjust the links myself. But overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it!
