  Nice watch, for a graduation gift. I was disappointed that Hamilton refused to honor the price I had seen on Hamilton's site two days before ordering the Murph 38mm. Hamilton's price jumped by more than 10%, which customer service said was due to tariffs. The watch was in stock and tariffs hadn't been implemented yet. Hamilton was exploiting the chance to price-gouge.

  Couldn’t be more disappointed. I ordered a croc strap for my watch based on what the website would fit it. It arrived promptly which was good. I put it on but it looked a little too small. There was a gap in the interhorn. I emailed customer service asking if it was actually supposed to be like that. 10 days go by and I send a follow up email since I got no response. The. A day later I get an email with no response to my query only a return authorization. What kind of customer service is that? Did I get the wrong band? Can I get the right one? The watches are so nice and an incredible bang for the buck (I have 4) and I am so utterly disappointed that their customer service could care less about my issue.

  Replacement bands for specific watches are often difficult to find. Kudos to Hamilton for not only supplying but making affordable the unique bands for their special watches. 2 new Pan Europ watch bands in 5 days. Fantastic

  I got this watch for my husband for our 3 year anniversary (leather). I haven’t given it to him yet however I’ve opened the gift box to inspect it myself and it is perfect!   The build of the watch is great. I only lose about 6 seconds per day. This watch is a great value. It is also very comfortable. I bought it with the bracelet and also picked up a NATO strap from Hamilton.

  Thank you for carrying on this old American name and imbuing it with both the materials and craftsmanship that the Swiss are so renowned for. My daughter was about to be born when you released the 42mm Murph a few years ago; it was on my wrist in the hospital. My son is about to be born, so I bought the Khaki to have on my wrist when he arrives. I’m not wealthy but, as an engineer, I do appreciate the quality and value that Hamilton offers to us. Additionally, thank you for continuing to work with Hollywood (where I saw the Murph for the first time with my wife) and producing great pieces. Cheers. -Aaron

  Only thing I would really like to see is a quick adjustment on the bracelet. Other than that I’m very happy with my purchase. The adventuring watch face over the open heart is gorgeous. Can’t wait to try some other bands in it to see how very it can be. That’s actually another issue would be finding bands that fit. The website needs to be updated to show the watch face with the option to see each band on it. And then of course to actually have the bands be the correct size. Example this watch has an option to come with a navy leather strap over the bracelet, well you can’t find it online and only by calling customer service or the dealer. Just some minor business upgrades I think would be huge. But as for the watch I’m am stoked. It’s my first automatic. My first Hamilton and it’s my first expensive dress luxury watch. I’m happy with my decision.

  I purchased the 38 mm khaki automatic. The band could be a couple of notches bigger but still fits my wrist with 2 holes to spare. I prefer the smaller watch size. I see plenty of large watches that just seem too showy and unnecessary. The watch has a nice face and is easy to read. So far, the watch is keeping perfect time. What I like most is that the watch feels at home in the field and in the office. Perfect class.

  The time piece is lovely and accurate however the watch strap is not as high a quality I was expecting for the price. It’s also not very adjustable so the long length results in the end wrapping up to obscure part of the watch face which is unfortunate.

  The butterfly strap is AWFUL. I want a full refund immediately. I’m returning this. Do not recommend. No alternate straps offered by customer service. Horrible!

  The pictures to look at the watch straps were kind of fuzzy at times. I bought a new leather watch strap from Hamilton and was surprised that it had a huge blemish on the leather. I expected quality control to be better for such a high quality watch company. Customer service was great in that they quickly sent me a return label so they can do an exchange right away. I really wanted to get my watch ready for my friend's wedding, but now I will have to wait.
