  I ordered on a Friday with next day delivery, expecting it to arrive on Monday. However it was late and arrived Tuesday night. I emailed customer service asking for the additional $30 shipping cost to be refunded, and they were very quickly no questions asked refunded my credit card.

  The face of the watch is smaller than I was expecting. Also the engraving on the back is not centered. Otherwise it’s a nice watch. I got it as a wedding gift for my fiancé. I hope he likes it!

  The process to purchase and order this product was seemless and shipping was prompt. I love the watch, but I was quite disappointed in the packaging and shipping. The strap was not fastened around the pillow inside the box. As a result my $725 watch obviously rattled around the box during transit. And a crease was created in the strap as it was trapped, folded over, under the pillow. There appeared to be no other cosmetic issue and the watch apparently functions normally. The worst part about this experience is that I contacted Hamilton customer service on the evening of Tuesday 13 May to advise them about the issue and, as of this writing (Monday 19 May), still haven't received a response. I included a pic of the disappointing scene which I saw when I opened the box.
