The watch is beautiful. As for the (FedEx) delivery, I would rather have an option for a delivery to one of the pick-up locations instead of a direct delivery to my place when I make a purchase. Overall, a great service; Hamilton responded to my inquiries and messages in a speedy manner.

Very easy to buy the Hamilton Khaki Field Auto. There are a lot of options and versions of the Khaki Field; it would be nice to have a way to compare the options because it can get quite confusing and tiresome to scroll through the many pages and try to compare.

I've been trying to return the strap for 3 weeks now. I've sent a couple of emails and tried to call but no one has contacted me. I actually got a hold of an agent last week, they said they would send me the return authorization slip in the next 30 minutes, but i havent received anything. Since then, I just get the machine every time i call. It just tells me that i can reach you from 830-430pm (i always call within that range...) Super frustrating
