  Great experience, had a bit of buyer's remorse and requested the order get cancelled. It shipped, not concerned because of your return policy. Received the watch, stunning, better then I expected, decided to keep the watch. Very happy with purchased. Next day received an email stating there was a technical problem and they just received my cancel request. I wrote back saying I was happily keeping the watch no big deal. Received another email stating they are happy I'm keeping the watch and sent me a collectable gift. 100% not required but an really nice gesture. I believe I will be purchasing another Hamilton watch in the years to come

  Love the Khaki field titanium , Lume is disappointing, the rest is brilliant. Delivery was on time but arrived with an open package, a congratulatory note on my purchase of a Murf and no operating manual. Small but irritating for a watch of this value. I have owned owned watches from Tags, Timex, Seiko and Citizen. Nice box but the attention to detail on package set a new low.

  I acquired 4 Khaki field mechanical watches within a year (2 of them bronze). So yes I like them alot. The only weak point of these watches are their watchbands. For instance the one of my Khaki field green dial started to fall apart in less than 6 months and these cost over 100 dollars. Do you think that I will buy a replacement watchbands again in the future considering that you have a one time replacement policy?

  While it arrived quickly, dealing with Fedex and the in-person sign requirement was frustrating. I had to change the address to my work so I could collect the strap. Would order from Hamilton again but next time I'll make sure I'm holidays 😉

  Nice strap. Hamilton website states each strap comes with a pin removal tool which was not included. Also wish the green NATO strap came in 22mm.

  The watch I bought was stunning… but so so so small. Turns out it was a women’s watch… wasn’t labelled as such. The watch was extremely difficult to use (hard to see the hands). Shipping was quick… but the return process was not easy (as was mentioned on the website) I called Multiple times. No answer I emailed multiple times. I did get a reply, but only after a week! I honestly thought I was about to get scammed. So yeah, not that great of an experience for those reasons.

  The watch is beautiful. As for the (FedEx) delivery, I would rather have an option for a delivery to one of the pick-up locations instead of a direct delivery to my place when I make a purchase. Overall, a great service; Hamilton responded to my inquiries and messages in a speedy manner.

  Very easy to buy the Hamilton Khaki Field Auto. There are a lot of options and versions of the Khaki Field; it would be nice to have a way to compare the options because it can get quite confusing and tiresome to scroll through the many pages and try to compare.

  I've been trying to return the strap for 3 weeks now. I've sent a couple of emails and tried to call but no one has contacted me. I actually got a hold of an agent last week, they said they would send me the return authorization slip in the next 30 minutes, but i havent received anything. Since then, I just get the machine every time i call. It just tells me that i can reach you from 830-430pm (i always call within that range...) Super frustrating
