  Before placing the order I had sent a message asking if the company is going to send me a travel pouch again(I got one on my first order two years ago) and they call me back and confirmed that they will make sure the warehouse send it with my order. The conversation and the way that lady behaved was very nice to me.

  Great overall experience, but the only thing was shipping. I paid for the fast shipping, but there was a small delay, which lead to a weekend delay. I'm pretty sure I could have not paid the $30 for fast shipping and received the watch on the same day I did.

  Had a couple of problems ordering online but since I had done some research on the watch and decided it was a very good quality watch at a reasonable price I decided I would have to accept I would have go through the process of ordering the watch a few times to get the watch.

  Very pleased with new NATO watch band. Clearly of high quality. Delay in receiving the item due to FedEx having incorrect postal code. Hamilton staff intervened to expedite its arrival. Online instructional video on how to change watch straps most helpful.

  I ordered a strap on June 12, 2025, and as of today, June 20, 2025, it still has not been delivered. This is my third time ordering online, and delivery usually takes less than 5 days. However, it has now been more than a week with no delivery. I needed the strap by June 18, which has already passed, and unfortunately, the delay has made the item no longer useful for my intended purpose. As a result, I kindly request a refund.   Site is easy enough to navigate, In could find what I was looking for quickly, especially with the filter options. Delivery was fast, only a few business days so I didn’t have to wait long, which is nice. Happy with how it arrived as well- the box is secure and the watch is secure in the box.   Everything went pretty smooth, except the fact that delivery requires signature during the work hours, and because of that my delivery was getting returned to FedEx warehouse for the next day delivery, and I had to stay home not for it to be returend for the third time. I wish Hamilton asks FedEx to drop it at a pick-up location after the first failed-delivery trial.

  I bought a strap for my Field auto and used your filters on the website that clearly qualified the strap as a match for my watch. When it got here, the pins are short and the width of the straps are shorter than the watch's arms. I am requesting a return and refund.

  The quality of the watch was excellent, and the packaging was premium. I was a disappointed it came with no instructions but instead directed me to the website (and I still can't find them o the site). So I'm not entirely sure what a half-pull of the watch button does. Customer Service is a little slow replying to emails. The one thing that would make me think twice about buying again is that I bought a watch that needed the band sized. So there's this whole procedure on the website where you print out a piece of paper and use it to take proper measurements of your wrist so that they know how many links to put in the band. So I go through the process very thoroughly and put that information in with my web order. And then they send me a full-size band anyway. So, because they didn't size it, I had to go across the city to their technical division (and pay for parking) to have it done, taking a few hours off work I didn't have. Anyway, very happy with the watch but I don't have instructions and wouldn't want to go through this process again with sizing. This should have been a premium experience (to go along with the watch) but it wasn't.
