  This is en exceptional time piece. it’s my first luxury watch and it didn't disappoint. i had a small flaw on the band and the team immediately remedied it. even better though, they replaced it with a band that i desired. 100% amazing experience and recommended to my family and friends.

  The website layout and overall look is great, however I was confused about the difference between some of the watches. In particular I was unsure of the difference between “automatic” and “viewmatic” and I could not find an answer. Also, I was unable to complete my purchase with my usual Canadian Visa (luckily it worked on another card).

  Since I knew exactly the watch I was looking for it was easy to find with the search option, but without the search I would never knew where to look for it. For the delivery, it would be nice to have a better time frame then between 8am and 5pm and lost an entire day of work but I guess it’s more of a shipping company problem than your company problem.

  Overall the website is great. I did find a couple things a little clunky. Like when viewing a watch with multiple options (like the Khaki Field Mechanical), it's hard to differentiate between the different options, the website changes as you choose another option making it confusing as to which you've viewed and the differences. Or if the models were a little better lined up/ displayed. I love researching and learning all about what I'm buying but it took me a little while to realize that a lot Hamilton's just share names or are very similar but are different. I fear someone may become a bit overwhelmed in trying to understand the best fit for them.

  I was on the fence, have always used a $150 Casio Shock and an apple watch. This is my 1st automatic and was skeptical to spend so much for a watch, but when I wear it, i feel joy. It's well built and beautiful. I have skinny wrists yet the 41 sits perfectly. It is so lightweight that I can wear it all day long with no fatigue. The bracelet is just beautiful. Buy it and you will not regret. I was tron between Seiko and omega but this is such a minimalistic timepiece that I intend to wear it for a long time in future.

  Excellent watch, looks and fits great, speedy delivery (faster than expected). Only complaint is the watch is fairly heavy, so takes getting used to, makes the wrist a bit sore on the first few days of wearing it. That's the only reason for 4/5. Overall, great value/quality for money.

  Customer service on the phone was very helpful.. was needed as I wasn’t able to confirm that the purchase had even gone through. Tried it on my phone but had to revert to a Mac to get the process to work properly. A confirmation email would have sufficed, with an estimated delivery window.

  This purchase was a strap, which was a painless experience, with free delivery by courier. I also had my Jazzmaster Automatic Chronograph cleaned and rebuilt by Hamilton (Swatch) through this website. The price and waiting time were reasonable. It came back with new hands and dial, as the old ones had been water-damaged. Just like new.

  Great experience, had a bit of buyer's remorse and requested the order get cancelled. It shipped, not concerned because of your return policy. Received the watch, stunning, better then I expected, decided to keep the watch. Very happy with purchased. Next day received an email stating there was a technical problem and they just received my cancel request. I wrote back saying I was happily keeping the watch no big deal. Received another email stating they are happy I'm keeping the watch and sent me a collectable gift. 100% not required but an really nice gesture. I believe I will be purchasing another Hamilton watch in the years to come

  Love the Khaki field titanium , Lume is disappointing, the rest is brilliant. Delivery was on time but arrived with an open package, a congratulatory note on my purchase of a Murf and no operating manual. Small but irritating for a watch of this value. I have owned owned watches from Tags, Timex, Seiko and Citizen. Nice box but the attention to detail on package set a new low.

  I acquired 4 Khaki field mechanical watches within a year (2 of them bronze). So yes I like them alot. The only weak point of these watches are their watchbands. For instance the one of my Khaki field green dial started to fall apart in less than 6 months and these cost over 100 dollars. Do you think that I will buy a replacement watchbands again in the future considering that you have a one time replacement policy?

  The site is informative and easy to navigate, but it's almost impossible to find information on strap lengths and the size of wrist they fit. Also, you definitely need more options for us smaller-wristed consumers.

I own (2) and am very pleased with my purchases. I have researched many other brands and find Hamilton Watch to be an exceptional value as well as a smart looking time piece.   The watch I bought was stunning… but so so so small. Turns out it was a women’s watch… wasn’t labelled as such. The watch was extremely difficult to use (hard to see the hands). Shipping was quick… but the return process was not easy (as was mentioned on the website) I called Multiple times. No answer I emailed multiple times. I did get a reply, but only after a week! I honestly thought I was about to get scammed. So yeah, not that great of an experience for those reasons.

  I've been trying to return the strap for 3 weeks now. I've sent a couple of emails and tried to call but no one has contacted me. I actually got a hold of an agent last week, they said they would send me the return authorization slip in the next 30 minutes, but i havent received anything. Since then, I just get the machine every time i call. It just tells me that i can reach you from 830-430pm (i always call within that range...) Super frustrating
