I love my Hamilton watch however, I ordered a watch band that said it comes with a band changing tool. The band arrived with no tool, I have emailed and called the customer service department multiple times with zero response.

The watch I bought was stunning… but so so so small. Turns out it was a women’s watch… wasn’t labelled as such. The watch was extremely difficult to use (hard to see the hands). Shipping was quick… but the return process was not easy (as was mentioned on the website) I called Multiple times. No answer I emailed multiple times. I did get a reply, but only after a week! I honestly thought I was about to get scammed. So yeah, not that great of an experience for those reasons.

A clean website with simple purchase / delivery functionality. One small disappointment was mismatch between stated "two day delivery" and an actual delay before the shipping. The delivery did take two days, however the watch was shipped with a delay.
