While it arrived quickly, dealing with Fedex and the in-person sign requirement was frustrating. I had to change the address to my work so I could collect the strap. Would order from Hamilton again but next time I'll make sure I'm holidays 😉

Nice strap. Hamilton website states each strap comes with a pin removal tool which was not included. Also wish the green NATO strap came in 22mm.

I was trying to call the helpline on Hamilton’s website which number never works n then I emailed them and they sent me the number where nobody picks up the call or call me back for help as customer service, their customer service is dead, please guys don’t buy any Hamilton watch

I own (2) and am very pleased with my purchases. I have researched many other brands and find Hamilton Watch to be an exceptional value as well as a smart looking time piece. In an age of cell phone dependancy, I still like the functionality and the look.
