Review collected by a third partyI literally don't know how their are so many fake reviews on here. I used Gov and literally it has been the worst process. They have been ZERO HELP, never answered my customer service request, and its been a week and I haven't heard anything from them. I want a refund, but no one answered my customer service requests, so I'm reporting fraud through my bank. This is ridiculous. Why are people so evil to steal innocent peoples info?

Review collected by a third partyThis site is misleading where you think you are paying for TSA Pre Check but it charges you 97.00 saying it will get you an appointment and pay for the Pre Check when in fact you can make your own appointment or just go to an office and pay for TSA Pre Check for only 78.00. I’ve requested a refund- we will see.
