Verified reviewI am extremely frustrated with the service provided by GOV . Despite following all their instructions, I sent my old passport hoping that this service would simplify the process. However, it has been six long months and I am yet to receive my passport. I reached out to GOV for help, but unfortunately, they were unable to provide me with any assistance or compensation for the inconvenience caused.

Verified reviewSo far, so good. Completed a social security card renewal and I am waiting for approval and next steps. Also started the process for a first time Passport. Got to the photo part, and guess what!? I can take a photo from my phone! Has been extremely easy. Just have to make sure I look presently first, then I will take the photo.
