I didn't know what a dashboard was, but I wasn't going to hook up my phone in the car. Ivy was my assistant and I give her the 5 stars. She was very professional,. Quick to access my problems,correct them step by step, and instruct me in the GOV easy repeat programs. By saving the information she helped me set up, I will be able to fill out the most complicated government forms in minutes. Ivy was so good at her job that I learned a lot and actually enjoyed the time I spent with her. Ivy didn't drop me. She stayed in touch and followed my progress until my many problems were resolved.. This was not at all like the 5 previous assistants who dropped me before I completed my application.

Review collected by a third partyMarketed as convenient, GOV failed to submit my passport renewal to the United States State Department. Despite paying the GOV service fee of 57 USD and the State Department renewal fee of 130 USD, the State Department confirmed it has yet to receive my renewal request. It has been 6 weeks since I completed the filing process with GOV . In that time, the only status update I received from GOV is a tracking number of a USPS mailing label created the day I filed. Information from the State Department was acquired on my own. Requesting a status update from GOV customer service gave me no new information after 65 minutes on the phone. My confidence that GOV will deliver my passport by the time I need it for travel is weak.

Review collected by a third partyThis website states it is fast and efficient. It has been everything but efficient. No communication given unless I press the issues, then excuses given as to why things are not complete. It has taken me looking information up for your support help to help me. I do appreciate their help, as it is not their fault for the subpar dealing of the company. Next time, I will deal directly with the government agencies, as they will be more efficient and clear with their recommendations. Overall I would never recommend this to a friend or an enemy.
