Review collected by a third partyThrough no fault of GOV , i screwed up my TSA pre check application. Got an email asking me for more info but because of some computer glitch (yours, mine, maybe both), the dashboard site would not respond to any input. Then I chatted with Jensen. He was a marvel. He asked clear questions, provided detailed instruction on the steps I needed to take to clear the problem. I am no computer whiz but Jensen was patient and stayed with me as we puzzled through the issues together. He gets an A . Working with him was the best chat experience I have ever had on any site. I highly recommend GOV and its chat function. Your customers should never hesitate using it to obtain information and/or work out any problem.
