  Happy Customer!! My experience was really good. I was able to order without any issues and my order came quickly in a few days. I love the lens & so far I'm having fun playing around with it. It's my first Zoom lens. My only suggestion is for the packing to be around the whole lens box, it was only around three sides when I opened it. But doesn't seem phased by that. That's just hindsight stuff, overall I'm really happy.

  Overall: Excellent. Best price around. Immediately after the purchase, I received a follow-up phone call. After one week, I made further contact to see if the order had been dispatched. This email was replied to same day. Appears that my order had gone astray somewhat, but they re-printed the order and it was sent by DHL 4-day service. Arrived in 3 days. Drone was brand new, all official packaging. I'd read all the reviews and forums about this company, and understood that some people are nervous, but I took the plunge and I'm very happy with saving $400 on the Phantom 4 Pro. Overall: Excellent.

  Bought a number of cameras from Fenway PHOTO and whilst their prices can't be beaten, their service is absolutely amazing and I couldn't fault their communication it's how customer service should be. I will be buying all my cameras and lenses from Fenway PHOTO without hesitation in future the warranty is also outstanding!

  Very helpful staff etc my only disappointment is I've had several rolls developed with no scans this week, both have came back with scratches I understand the odd scratch can happen but I've had up to 7 very noticeable scratches on a few of the frames

  I use this tripod for prosumer videography. Nice looking and hand feel are good. Setup is easy. Great value for the price. What is the missing is the level gauge. The bag comes with the product is too cheap/flimsy. Can't the manufacturer make it better? In general, this is a good product at bargain price.

  Sony BC-TRV Travel Charger Very friendly consultant. I had to get a charger for my PXW-Z90V camcorder. Although these chargers are self-explanatory, the consultant explained to me what to look out for. The price of the charger was okay at $48.

  I've been going here for about 10 years now. First as a macro photographer now as a relaxed man. They are very helpful and know there stuff. A bit more expensive than buying online, but the service and knowledge more than make up for that.

  Don't judge a camera by its rating You really should inspect used cameras before selling them and determining their condition. My most recent purchase was more dirty than I've ever seen a sensor/optics. Yes it works but it's far from excellent condition.

  This is an excellent, professional-level camera store. In fact, I drove over 300 miles to visit here. Both Markham and his staff are not high pressure, are interested in what you are asking them and are really personable. Additionally, they really know their stuff and the prices are very good. They also do what they say they will do and take their work seriously...Perfect!

  Highly recommend! These guys are highly knowledgeable when it comes to anything camera/tripods! I had a filthy lens and Matt was able to dissect the problem, and work with me to find a solution while other camera stores told me they couldn’t help. Matt took his time in explaining the new equipment i bought and made sure i didn't walk out until he found a solution! Definitely earned our customer loyalty!

  Sony a6400 with 16-50mm kit lens I am no professional photographer. I am a hobbyist photographer. I purchased this camera from Fenway Photo NY. Good service for online and fast shipping. I have purchased equipment from them before. They did not disappoint me this time either! They even had it stock! I ordered the camera on a Tuesday and received it the next day! Wholeheartedly recommend you to any new purchasers.

  Great service Before my purchase I rang Fenway Photo for help and advice.I received both from a very knowledgeable member of Fenway Photo's team. As a result the decision to purchase was an easy one to make. I bought a Canon BG-E9 battery grip. The quality is excellent and the head was very easy to fit.   Nearly perfect Lumix G Vario 12-60mm lens The used Lumix G Vario 12-60mm lens cost nearly as much as a new lens only 6 months ago, so I thought it was expensive, although I still bought it. It was rated as A+, and to be picky it should have been A, as it was missing the lens cap (another $20 from Panasonic) and the focusing ring is slightly noisy. However, it's a great lens and it was delivered very quickly.

  Received my item OK but had paid for Canon extra care plan as well. Item arrived but no info on care plan. After several phone calls to Fenway P no help so went straight to Canon TX who sorted it out with no fuss. No direct contact number for Fenway P only web chat. Frustrating!

  Fenway Photo epson ink delivery I had spent some time searching for Epson printer ink, price and availability varied massively. I came across Fenway Photo. I was really pleased to see they had what I wanted and offered a discount on large orders, so I placed an order, great communication, I was kept in informed of what was happening with my order.   Great NYC camera shop with easy online ordering and great choice of products.   Tamron 70-300mm Lens Decided that I would add a Tamron 70-300mm to my Sony A6300 camera and managed to find a used lens at FENWAY PHOTO in New York. I ordered the lens on Friday morning and got it on Tuesday 10:00 a.m, first class company . Markham was absolutely amazing and genuinely concerned about what would suit me the best , taking into account the amount I was looking to spend . He was willing to share some of his unquestionably vast experience to make sure I was going to leave happy . I’ve purchased several cameras, lenses etc. before from them and have always had exceptional service . By the time Markham had cleaned up the optics,renewing it and shown me some brilliant UV filters to make my photography experience so much better an hour and a half of his time had gone by .   The battery they recommended didn’t fit the Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ300 , and the Panasonic DMW-BLC12 overall capacity is not the best , but that’s not their fault. Shipping and packaging were great, fast shipping.

  Ordered a Leica V-LUX 4 on Thursday 23rd March, on 24th phoned to ask for delivery details, as I didn't receive any, was told the item was in stock being picked as we spoke, that it would be sent out on Monday 27th, and available to collect in my chosen store on Tuesday 28th. Called Mark Thursday 30th, they said they hadn't received it, so I called Fenway Photo's Customer Center again at 2pm they told me it hasn't been dispatched but is showing in stock, and they will dispatch it straight away and send me tracking details so I can see when Courier dispatch. It is now 4.30pm and I have not received the tracking number I had promised. I have no problems waiting, but I can't stand to be lied to. If i don't get the truth out of them soon I'm going to ask for a refund, through my payment company if needed.

  Even Better than expected I rented a D850 for a trip to Maryland, then bought one immediately on return. It exceeds my very high expectations.   Superb service I recently bought a Tamron 150-500mm full-frame lens. Grabbed a Ruggard Lens Case 8.5 x 4.5" (Black) for it, pretty nice case for the Tamron 150-500mm f/5-6.7 Di III VXD Lens for Sony E.   Excellent speedy delivery at a competitive price I bought a LensCoat lens cover and after doing a lot of price comparisons vs the usual larger companies, FENWAY PHOTO's price was so competitive. I called the store to see if the item was in stock and as I'd asked for this to be delivered asap, this was put on a next day Saturday delivery which was amazing as it was Friday afternoon when I'd placed the order. Both members of staff I spoke with were really helpful and email confirmation of my purchase and delivery tracking were received promptly after placing my order. Excellent!
