  Good selection, Realtime inventory, good prices, expedited shipping at no extra charge, established company with online and brick-and-mortar presence. I am fully satisfied with this purchase even though I am a beginner and just getting started with my Sony a7R IIIA but as I get a little better with my camera I would absolutely return and use this service again when upgrading products.

  Fenway photo is a very go company to do business with. I like their service and how fast they ship your items. As for the camera itself, I have yet to fully test it, but for a “beginner” it seems quite nice.

  Great prices and the quality is good on most things. However, When purchasing a Canon EF 24-105mm f/4 lens from them, they did not indicate on the product description page that the item was out of stock but the lens was dispatched as soon as it was in stock and arrived the very next day. Would comfortably do business with them again.

  A really professional service that far exceeded my expectations. I’ve used a few camera stores before but this has been by far the best. They have super selection of just about everything electronic. Recently bought two zoom lenses on separate transactions and could not be happier with the prices and the way they were packaged.

  Took three months to get the BMPCC4K to their warehouse. I always prefer to deal with a quality specialist, like Fenway Photo, for tech kit where possible, provided they aren't uncompetitive on price. Sometimes I will go to a discounter or grey import, but almost always the service, shipping speed, isn't so good. Whether or not it makes sense for me depends how soon I need an item and what sort of discount (or premium) I'm receiving or paying

  Ordered 2 items, first one was great, product all in order and arrived within a few working days. Second item arrived in around 3 weeks working days because the item wasn't in stock. But it did not mention that when placing the order. It would have been useful to know before ordering. But I understand that stores are having a tough time during inflationary times so i will forgive :)

  Incomplete information. Bought a 1.4 Sony tele converter arrived 2 weeks later I waited too long for the cable when Fenway said 2-3 days so that was omitted the ground details with FedEx and disappointing. I still think they sell good stuff for a fair price but for if you need a product for a project in an specific time be aware they may waste your time and drastically impact a tight schedule.

  EOS 6D Mark II For best landscape photography I was looking to upgrade from my 70d and the 6d2 answers the description. I typically shoot with the 6D MK II for landscape and will purchase a MK IV in the near future. I purchased the 6D for the flexibility of the amenable screen and love the body. No worry - I knew I could count on finding the camera body at a good price at Fenway PHOTO. This is it. Fenway PHOTO had stock, delivered it in a timely bases. Thank you.

  Great product - Greater Service Nikon AF-S 70-200 f/2.8 VRII. Packaged, sealed, and neat. I was pleased with the price and purchased two, but I was more impressed with how sharp it is and quality best-in-class! It was a great investment. And, as you know, Fenway's service was just about as fast as it can get. Thank you very much Fenway for a great customer service and quality!   Replacement Quick Release Plate The Manfrotto system is a genius proprietary technology. I could not find my quick release plate and was happy that Fenway PHOTO had one. Their normal quick shipping got it to me in time for the next photo shoot.

  Phoned up earlier this morning to check if they had a Sony a7 IV camera in stock which was listed on their website, they did, unlike some stores. Popped in a few hours later and was greeted immediately and asked if I needed any help. Paper work was easy and explained well whilst the service was quick. Also have a great selection of products in the store that cater to everyone's budgets and needs. Extremely happy and highly recommend!

  Mark and Matt are a great, They also are excellent photographers with an outstanding knowledge on different things. I went in completely new to photography and left with a decent DSLR camera and other bits useful for the camera.   I was looking for the best priced zoom lens for my Canon 90D, and finally I got it from Fenway photo with the best price.   Highly recommend Fenway photo, they seem to have the best prices, a really good range and a quick service. The tripod I bought was far cheaper than elsewhere and was delivered quickly by FedEx who kept me informed of each stage of the delivery process. I won't be going anywhere else in future.

  Consistently reliable and excellent service. Fenway PHOTO has always been my first port of call for camera gear but recently I have noticed better deals elsewhere. In addition, I have recently noticed that a number of links on the Fenway PHOTO website are broken making it easier to use other Companies websites and losing Fenway PHOTO my business.

  Online Purchase of used Fujifilm X-T5, Fujifilm 16mm f/1.2 lens and extra batteries, Mark was bursting at the seams with knowledge. The price was very good - reduced to £699. Original packaging and boxed up securely. Delivery was next day. Order confirmation received straight away. I would be happy to recommend Fenway PHOTO* based on my experience and would have no hesitation in using them again.

  Slow delivery... Eventually, I received my package (marginally wrapped) on the Monday: one full week to travel from New York to Chicago , other vendors on the internet routinely do a lot better. It was disappointing based on the good reviews I had read online and I will certainly not blindly trust fenway photo for future purchases, when time matters (and when does it not?).

  I finally today may 8th my lens arrived, 16 days after the order was given. I learned 3 things about Infinity in this delivery. They are extremely slow. They lie on their web-site about shipping to Maryland from New York stock, -both shipment and order handling was done from NY. No excuses, only arrogant and misleading answers from their support. I have received my lens, and despite all kind of communication/trust problems with e-infinity, the product is good quality, so based in that i up my review to 3 stars.

  Very sharp price for the Tamron 150-500mm lens I saved more than $150. Delivery was very fast, considering the package came from France. Hassle free, no problems with import duties. Will definitely shop with them again!

  Purchased a GoPro 11. It was sent from I think NY so rightly so it took a while to arrive. Phoned them to check everything was okay and felt reassured. Good service and great product. I now have the GoPro HERO11 which I purchased else where just because I'm impatient. Lol

  Good customer service I have given Fenway PHOTO a 'great'- 4 star rating because the people there are so polite, helpful and attentive. Also the product price was so competitive. The reason I didn't give a 5 star was that there was an internal communication problem which caused a rather long delay to delivery. Nevertheless i will look at them again when I need something. Thank you for getting the product to me just in time for my holiday.

  Canon camera kit I got good advice about the canon kit and all questions were answered. Everything came within a couple of days of placing the order and was well packaged. My only criticism is that the extra battery I ordered would not charge and after sending an email Fenway Photo said they would send a replacement straight away but as of yet it has not arrived. Would I buy from Fenway Photo again yes no problem I bought a Fuji kit for myself 2 years ago and have no issues.

  Great price, great service I bought a 2nd hand Canon RF 100-400mm f/5.6-8 lens. The price was very good, the lens was very well packed and arrived on time. When new it comes with a soft cover, which I didn't receive, presumably the original vendor didn't hand it over. I rang the shop and they were very helpful, looked for it and rang to say they didn't have it. Good customer service.

  Very good customer service orientation and a very wide variety of brands carried. They have sole authorized franchisee for high-end brands, so do check online before heading down. They also carry B&W Orthochromatic 35mm film we couldn't find anywhere, I also saw B&W Infrared/Near Infrared. Overall, one of my must-go places to check on my photography equipment.

  What a super reliable photo store. Vast range of films, papers, processing chemistry and high-end camera equipment, the most wonderful customer service and fast delivery. One of the few places left in the US to buy fresh darkroom chemicals for the analog imaging enthusiast. Not the cheapest, but definitely the most trusted. A big thumbs up!

  Ordered the Aputure Light Dome II, speed rings, Softbox Grids & Eggcrates, Front diffusers & internal baffles, for my studio lighting system, which unfortunately upon arrival did not tuck together. Alex was very helpful in explaining the return process and then getting me new ones and quick (which is saying something in today's climate).   Very nice that there are still some physical shops where you can test and 'feel' lenses. Good prices, honest advice (they don't try to sell you anything you don't need) and I got my sensor cleaned for free when I bought a lens. Plus 5 years guarantee! Very satisfied.
