  Excellent Customer Service I have been looking for a Swarovski spotting scope for some while and Fenway Photo provided the best price. They delivered promptly and exactly as expected, however, there was only a 'summary guide' shipped rather than a full manual. I queried this and was told that this was what Swarovski did nowadays, nonetheless, they ordered me a full manual and posted to me at no extra cost. This is exceptionally good customer service. For this reason I would not hesitate to recommend Fenway Photo.

  Excellent transaction Delivery was very much better than expected so everything about the transaction and receiving the goods has been really extremely good. Excellent, friendly service in store.   I'm delighted with my Sony RX100 VII. This is an outstanding camera, easy to use, small, compact and light so it can fit in your pocket, but take amazing photos. For example - try taking a shot of an eagle hurtling in the sky from the coast you're standing on. This camera can zoom in and get a crystal clear shot over that incredible distance. Worth every buck, and Fenway+photo service was excellent.

  Great Experience I bought a Panasonic HC-X1500 camcorder for about $150 cheaper than the scores of other website stores I looked at. Ordering was easy and it shipped and arrived very quickly. Camera was in perfect condition and boxed very well with lots of protection. Thank you!

  Great price and shopping experience!! This is the second time I purchased photographic equipment from Fenway Photo. They replied to my inquiry quickly. Online ordering process is quick and straight forward. The item was shipped in the next working day (from New York), which arrived two days later.   I ordered a Lumix G Vario 12-60mm f/3.5-5.6 lens and received it in just four days: what a fast delivery! Also, the price was more than affordable: I estimate to have saved $150.   Nice mid tier camera Good. Inexpensive. It's fine. Nothing special. If you can afford it, I'd recommend going better, but a hobbyist or someone not doing it professionally or learning, it's fine.

  Outstanding!! Both for products and customer service!! I bought the Canon EOS 7D and I am incredibly pleased with it so far. Paired it with a 70-300mm and the camera produces clear sharp images.   I stumbled across Fenwayphoto.com online after doing a price comparison on a DSLR I wanted. I was initially concerned as the camera was so much cheaper, so I googled them and found some surprisingly good reviews, considering I'd never heard of them. Sign up process was easy, online purchase process was hassle free and the camera arrived within the time-frame specified. The camera was brand new, still sealed and in mint condition; and no issues were experienced. I would definitely consider using Fenwayphoto.com again in future, and will be recommending to any friends seeking similar purchases.

Each time I place an order I get emails with delivery dates and times, followed by ‘failure to deliver’ notices even though I’ve waited in all day. Change your delivery company ASAP

  Good service although delay of one item (I ordered two packages) didn't help. My vote for two item Fuji XF 23mm f/1.4 lens and filter and some emails appeared out of sync with earlier phone calls. In the end all worked out and I got an OK price in for a new lens. Would use again

  Got my Nikon D500 camera delivered the next day as promised and was pleasantly surprised on it's condition. So far I'm very impressed by it - super fast and accurate autofocus, sharp pictures. Will probably take me months or years to learn about all its features but already now with basic knowledge of the camera it works pretty well. Will use Fenway photo again, definitely recommend.

  After an year of research on the Nikon D7500 I finally made the jump since Fenway photo had a great deal and It arrived quickly, safely with everything.
