  I wanted an entry level DSLR and found a Canon 90D which meant I could use the EF lenses from my old camera. Ordered the camera after looking through the stock list. It arrived a couple of days later. Packaging was impressive and I am enjoying the camera enormously and really happy with my purchase. I would certainly recommend Fenway photo.

  Return policies needs to be changed Package was received quickly. I am grateful that there is a return policy but I feel that if a item needs to be return we must be rushed to return it, as us photographers do not have much time to return a package. I request that being able to return an item to be extended.

  Purchased the Canon EF 50mm f/1.2 lens from Fenway photo and their competitors, couldn't match their warranty offer.   Great customer service! I ordered a Tilta Camera Cage for Sony FX6 from Fenway*Photo which I was very happy with. Unfortunately the cage did not come with the v-mount battery plate, (which, in fact was outlined in the product description before I purchased it). I made an inquiry about this and a customer service agent refunded me $50 which I was very surprised about. The $50 was put towards two V-Mount Battery Plates for the cage. I was very happy with the service and prompt responses I received and will be recommending Fenway*Photo to other people.

  This site can be trusted by Canadians but slow delivery Although the x100v did take longer than expected but they kept in touch with me, to update me what was happening with my item. They did not advise me about the item being stopped at customs because they submitted as a repair which customs wanted proof, which couldn't give because i dont have it. I asked Fenway Photo but they had no clue either and said to tell customs thats its not a repair but a purchase, that then came with a customs charge but still cheaper than retail price and im happy with the camera.

  Seriously slow turnaround for processing. Now outside of their latest promised timeframe and still no news from them. 15 business days is simply too long to process some 120mm. Look locally and chances are you’ll find somewhere better. I’ve shot a whole other two rolls and had them processed in the time it’s taken AW to not even process one roll.

  I ordered a camera from Fenway Photo. A few days later I was contacted to say they could not supply what I wanted. However, they communicated quickly at every stage thereafter and refunded my money instantly via Paypal. They offered an alternative whch was not what I wanted, but that's not their fault. I think their website is in sore need of a revamp, but I cannot fault their response when something went wrong.

  I recently bought a Vanguard spotting scope from Fenway photo and was 100% satisfied with the process, the price, the product & the service.   The tripod meant for my Nikon D750 was damaged prior to delivery and had to wait over month for new tripod to restocked and delivered. Staff very polite on the phone. We’re honest about delay and explained unable to get in stock before the month. Apologized for delay. Prices were good and phone was always answered in timely manner. Would order from this company again. Just unfortunate that first ordered was damaged.

  Peak Design 20 liter backpack. Ordered and delivered very promptly, good communication. It has all the room for my D7200 with 3 small lenses, plus at lot of pockets for other items. It is comfortable and good looking! I also use it to carry this equipment as wells as a rocket blower and lens cleaning microfiber cloths when I travel on airplanes as it fits nicely in the overhead compartment.

  Great online shop Really happy with this online shop, the Sony 16-50mm OSS Zoom lens arrived really fast, in 5 working days, with an efficient tracking. The only thing I would improve is the packaging, I'd rather to have more layers outside the lens because are really fragile, but is just a personal opinion, the lens arrived without any damage or scratch on the package.   My experience with Fenway purchasing Canon WD-H58W lens, excellent service provided for technical support and advice, followed by an incredibly fast delivery of my order.This is my most used lens and makes the camera very useful for birthday parties, grand kid events, etc. because I am usually in close quarters. I think this lens works great. The WD-H58W is not cheap, but no good glass is, and to get wider with high quality glass is also tricky. Best of luck!

  I bought a Speedmaster 50mm f/0.95 like new from Fenway Photo. When they shipped it to me they didn't even bother to clean the lens. There were dusts and fungal on both the front and the rear of the lens, and there was even a dust particle stuck inside of the lens.

  Professional company to be trusted. We bought GoPro Protective Housing for HERO9 from Fenway photo in 2019 and now have a full array of waterproof housings protecting our HERO10, HERO 11 and recently Ikelite underwater housing for Canon 5D Mark III. The cameras have sat out in all weathers', in a salt water environment, and always performed, with no issues. On the times we have needed spares, usually because we have hit one coral reefs or rocks or some other object, advise has been first class and spares have been despatched same day. The technical back up is excellent, which with this type of photography is as important as the price. We would thoroughly recommend Fenway Photo as a partner.

  Wrong camera delivered and instead of a simple next-day on-site swap by a courier it ended up as a hotchpotch of returns, more payments, more deliveries and ultimately credits. All came good in the end but please review your procedures and read your customer’s emails !

  This was my first purchase from Fenway photo and truthfully, I was reluctant since I thought they would be more expensive but they were actually cheaper than others and their shipping was very quick!   As a Wedding Photographer I have bought a lot of cameras/Canon equipment from FENWAY PHOTO and the reason is simple. They always provide excellent all round service. Any problems and they sort it straight away. I have always been able to get through on the phone quickly when I need help and advice and if an answer isn’t available at the time they get back to me as soon as an answer is found. Pricewise I find it is always impossible to get better elsewhere. Postage is always fast. I wish other companies were as efficient.

  Delivery was much slower than the original estimate. The expected date was moved 3 times so it took a very long time to get my Nikon Z6ii. The Nikon Z6ii is good, but the manual is very poor. I wasn’t expecting anything outstanding from the store but better than the incomplete and shoddy manual from Nikon heralds a new era of non-technical writers.

  Took longer to deliver than sales rep informed me it would, so much so that I ended up paying extra to get my computer delivered on a Saturday. Customer service mixed with some good and some awful. Seems to be a disconnect between customer service & Canon USA so nobody can clarify when you might receive your product. Would think twice before using Fenway Photo again despite being very content with my point & shoot.
