  Looked everywhere for a Sony a7 III. This company appeared on about the 3rd page of results. Rang them, and they were very helpful. Had the camera in my hands a couple of days later. And it even came with an extra Rechargeable battery! Thank you everyone

  I was attracted by the lowest price I could find for a Canon EOS 90D. Customer service is bad. Chat feature on their website is not working. Phone lines are always too busy. I expected the item to arrive within 3 days and I have to wait over a week.

  Swift delivery of Used Canon Camera Ordered a PRE-OWNED Canon 1DX which I used to shoot sports photography for NFL. Hundreds of bucks cheaper than new and it arrived within 2 days of ordering, free of charge. I had my doubts at first as it seemed too good to be true and the order information didn’t say when we would receive the item. So very pleasantly surprised when it came so quickly and in (near) mint condition.

  I don't buy a new cameras often so when I do I look for a competitive price and (in the case of an internet transaction) prompt delivery of the specified goods. Fenway photo achieved both a good price and prompt (and well packaged) delivery.

  I bought a Canon EF 85mm f/1.8 lens from them for which I had a good price and very quick delivery. The lens is great and to top it, I have their extended warranty for peace of mind. Overall, a pleasant experience and first class service. I will be using them again.

  A first-rate service with excellent customer care I have used Fenway-Photo a number of times and they have never let me down. Markham was responsive in answering questions and helping me. Then they delivered a camera that was better than I expected for the grade, and with more accessories (two filters!) than they promised. I will use them in the future.

  My Sunwayfoto L-Plate arrived fast. Haven't had the time to thoroughly test it but with my past experience with Fenway Photo, I'm convinced that any product sold by them is rock solid. Especially batteries. For photography equipment Fenway Photo is the leader.

  I did a lot of research on the camera I was looking to purchase - Fenway’s price was far and away the best. Very happy with the camera, looks great and now works very smoothly, The visual quality of the pics and video is pretty nice! Very easy to use.   Incredible selection. Very knowledgeable staff. I don't think I've never seen a camera store with so many options. Pretty much everything from canon, Nikon, Sony, as well as most other brands, lenses, adapters, lighting, etc. Only thing I can fault them for is not being closer to where I live.

  Great folks to do business with. Traded in my Canon EOS Rebel T7 & some lenses for the new R6 Mark II- their trade in figures were pretty much the same as the big Name online camera stores and their price for the camera was exactly the same as online.   100% would recommend but be prepared to wait a while for delivery Love my camera! Fenway PHOTO has very reasonable prices, I think my camera was an extra $3-400 on amazon. The only issue is the delivery time. I took roughly 3 weeks I believe, so definitely order from here but be prepared you may be waiting a while as the dispatch took over a week.

  To start with I was given the wrong spare batteries for the new Lumix TZ90 I had purchased. The correct ones were then ordered but took a few weeks to arrive:not Fenway Photo fault.   Great service after an error in the ordering system My D6 order was not in stock so they placed an order with the supplier, however I did not hear back. A week later, I called up and turns out there was a mistake with my order and it had not been placed/received.   Have used Fenway photo a number of times in the past, so I trust what they say about the equipment I am purchasing. Last piece of kit I purchased was a used Canon 90D. Arrived in the excellent condition as described, if not better and was well packaged. Delivery was by usps and as I was not in, but working, went to my nearest post office store, which was ideal. No messing about. Now enjoying using the camera, which was a good choice after reading reviews.

  Overall a good experience. The binoculars I first ordered weren't in stock unfortunately. Fenway Photo sales assistants were very responsive though as the suppliers didn't do a great job of getting stock to them. Eventually I bought a different pair but was offered a great deal to make up for the wait . Would definitely use them again

  SmallRig Full Camera Cage for Sony a7R V Work great for A7R V with the FX3/30 XLR handle. This new cage for the A7IV or A7SIII looks and feels like another high quality cage for my camera. The cage feels solid in the hand and allows me to build out the camera and add additional accessories. Excellent service with an unbeatable deal not matched anywhere else.   I am a little disappointed that my SD card order is late. Shipping issue I believe. I had to reorder with expedited shipping for tomorrow for $13 shipping charge on me. So, the Fenway Photo CS guy should have offered to have Fenway Photo pay the expedited shipping fee. Oh well. Until we meet again.

  Easy to use website and speedy delivery for my Manfrotto tripod head Recommended website for finding product and ordering (Paypal), Quick Delivery (USPS 48 hours tracked), and the Manfrotto tripod head I bought was $15 cheaper than any other reliable/reputed website or store. Honestly I hadn't heard of this website before, found out from a quick search on google shopping before almost ordering from another reliable online retailer. But as the cost was lower and it had excellent reviews online, I went ahead and ordered the product. So happy I did. I am definitely coming back for buying more photography gear if I find it cheaper here. Recommended.

  Saying item IN STOCK when it isn't. NOT a Nikon authorized supplier. Wanted to purchase Nikon D180E. Shown as in stock on web pages. Rang company to check this and was told it was. Ordered item for next day shipment and was then emailed and told it wasn't in stock and was told it would "probably" ship in five or ten days time. Despite not having item to sell and no firm date FENWAY PHOTO immediately took payment from my card. When speaking to the company on the "official" number I was told they never stock in the US and that all items are shipped from their "global warehouse". This raises potential Taxation and Duty implications. Took 2 days of emails and phone calls to get company to cancel the order, refund promised but not yet received. Exercise caution. Update: refund received OK.

  Customer service I have visited 2 stores in my area recently and I have found on each occasion waiting over half an hour at the checkout to see someone, I was the only person at the checkout at each time, 1 was for a click and collect the other was for a phone issue the phone problem I was passed around different people until closing time and then someone helped me as they were locking the doors

Came across this website on a price comparison site and was startled by some of their competitive pricing.Looked too good to be true.Checked reviews and found fenway photo directly online with some terrible reviews.I was still keen to find out more so I called and Im glad I did as I found out that this company is nothing to do with them and is based in North Dakota.I then was directed to this review page which is the correct valid representation of Fenway Photo.This was enough to give me confidence in ordering a Sony a7 IV and Sigma MC-11 Mount Converter.Items showed up within 7 days nicely packaged with a courier.Very happy!!Don't be put off by looking at the wrong review page on trustpilot.These guys are all good!!

  Excellent and fuss free Bought a s/hand Leica S3 camera with Summarit-S 70mm f/2.5 for $3000 cheaper than BH Photo, good price, they threw in an extra battery, next day delivery was faultless - sent me an email in the morning to give an hour's window for delivery between 1 and 2, came at 1.15, well packaged. Will definitely look at them again, for future purchases. Camera was spotless, too :) Seamless transaction. Highly recommended.

  Customer service - serious issue By way of background, we have bought many items from Fenway Photo and have always been happy with the items and the service. Fenway Photo has recently changed its model to enable you to chat online to its salespeople. That's good, but at the same time Fenway Photo appears to have axed the customer service function available by phone. It seems impossible to get a replacement or refund (which the sales team can't deal with) - no one answers the phone and, surprisingly, the phone carousel doesn't have an option for refunds. I am currently in a phone queue with a declared 2-hour wait to talk to a rep.

  FedEx is awful and regularly messes up deliveries. Other than that Fenway Photo is great and has been our go-to for years.

  Great prices matched with excellent service Although out of stock at first my purchase arrived within 5 days of ordering and within the one hour delivery slot previously notified. Their price was lower than competitors and there was the added bonus of a free extended guarantee and case.   Easy and convenient Ordering from Fenway PHOTO was easy and convenient.   Part of the order arrived just fine. The remaining items were just left pending, and we had to constantly call them to check when they would arrive. They never did arrive so we cancelled our order. It's very poor customer service to give no update on missed deliveries, or any update at all. To add to the frustration, you have to call them as they have no email or chat communication. Not impressed

  Great products and prices The online service and available products are both great, good prices as well. I ordered a small tripod adaptor and was a little disappointed this took four days to dispatch, I am sure once received I will be happy with the purchase.   I needed to amend a delivery address but couldn't get through on the phone. I called and left an email (7th Jan 2023 10:00am) and received no response. Called again later that day but still no one answered. I also tried via the chat line on the website but was unable to resolve the problem. From a personal viewpoint their aftersales service leaves a lot to be desired. I've awarded 3 stars because the item (delivered to the wrong address) matched the description in the advert.
