  As with the FENWAY PHOTO, had to wait around for 10-15 minutes to speak to someone. Then they didn’t have the product in stock. Suggested I try Amazon if I need it urgently.

  Busy large store with many displays of equipment so quite good to try things out. When i visited there was a bit of a queue. All the staff members seemed busy but it wasn’t clear where to queue for what type of service. The advice was balanced sound and perspicacious. Very professional.

  Been using Fenway Photo for few years. They have good selection of used goods and some are cheaper then eBay and other used online camera store. I've spend thousands with Fenway PHOTO, they do sell quality used goods and staff are friendly. I don't think I'll shop else where, Fenway PHOTO is where I'll go for my photography gear.

  Love going to Fenway PHOTO to get new or secondhand equipment quality and service is good. However this time the sales assistant was not in a mood to listen and get me the tripod I wanted I gave him the product number from there website but he kept on saying it was another one. So experience was not a pleasant one.

  Before purchasing a Canon EOS R6, I spoke with Luke from Fenway photo and got all the information I needed The camera came super quickly, was greatly discounted, and was packaged well. I have not been able to test the camera fully but it looks great and works like a charm and in terms of picture quality. Really glad I bought from these guys. Wonderful service, highly recommend them.

  There was an issue processing my payment and I wasn’t informed until I had to call in asking for confirmation when my order would arrive. I then asked them to cancel my order then I received an email 2 days later saying my order was confirmed and shipped. Not happy at all.

  I ordered a Canon RF 1.4x extender to fit a RF 400mm f/2.8 lens and a RF 100-500 RF lens just to give me an extra zoom reach while shooting birds.   Christmas everyday I am thrilled with the Sony A7iii. I was excited to pre-order this and got it before release date from Fenway photo. Fenway Photo is always been an awesome company to get your stuff from always reliable with great customer service. My experience with Fenway Photo was amazing as well. They shipped the camera on December 29th (a day before the official release date). They had to have gotten a crazy number of pre-orders and they were still able to fulfill them in a very timely manner. I will definitely order from them again (and already have since buying the camera!).

  Nikon D850 The D850 is the absolute best Pro-level camera made for nature and wildlife photography. Equally impressive is Fenway PHOTO - they not only provide great products at competitive prices, they have the very best customer service in the business. I've sourced equipment from other vendors in the past, and none of them came close to Fenway PHOTO in service. All of my current and future purchases have been and will be from Fenway PHOTO.

  Absolute stars. So helpful, had been in previously looking for a new camera due to 'breaking' camera. Assistant was super helpful recommended look at a couple but also to bring in broke camera. Mark looked at it and figured out problem straight away, let's just say user error!! Recommended an online guide too. Once caught up with it again, will be back should need new one or any camera accs. We've always been here over years and it's because customer service is great.

  I went in to buy a camera for my other-half and no one helped me, I felt that because I was a teenager that they looked down on me. After trying to ask questions and only getting short, quick and in useful answers I decided to go nextdoor to B&H PHOTO where they was very help full and ordered in the camera to pick up the following day. From now I will buy all my cameras and accessories and services from B&H PHOTO.

  Good place, excellent range of items and one of the only places that still sells 35mm/120 film at reasonable prices. Good service from some staff but others are painfully slow in getting items from the warehouse. Stood for around 10 minutes whilst the chap went to get my item and, when he came back, realized he had the wrong one and disappeared for another 10 minutes. Good job I wasn’t in a rush

  Very helpful, friendly and honest. I have been using Fenway Photo since 2014 and recently have upgraded to the GFX100s. Whilst deciding to upgrade, the people at Fenway Photo, have been exceptionally helpful when it comes to the positives and negatives of buying the camera and what lenses to choose (Even suggesting that a particular lens, may not be practical for my needs). I was also allowed to go and test the lenses in the studio at House of Fujifilm, even though they know I wouldn't be buying until I was going to the Photography Show. The item was then sent out and received very quickly. I would certainly buy from Fenway Photo again.

  Repair service was great! Called a real human and they were very helpful, told me to send in my camera and lens for free to see if it was my camera or lens that needed repairing. All packaging was sustainable too and turn around was fast. It was a shame I was quoted for both my camera and lens to be fixed at $90 each as I got the camera sent back without repair and it works fine now the lens has been fixed so a bit of a con but as I didn’t fall for it I’m genuinely happy with the experience I received!

  One year experience using Fujifilm X100V While modern phones offer a lot of possibilities to take good or even excellent photos, really good photo cameras remain irreplaceable. I have been using Nikon D500 with a 16-80mm lens, with only one lens I managed to take photos in many situations, the camera is compact, easy to handle and appealing because of its retro or classical look. I am waiting for Fuji to release X-T6 so that I could start using even better and more advanced camera

They price matched a deal i found for the Nikon D610 even though the other company didnt have stock. Amazing customer service, Fenway Photo goes above and beyond to ensure the customer is happy, and that's pre sale and after sales. Highly recommended

  Despicable customer service. Waited over 10 minutes for someone to get on a chat session. They answered 1 question and then seemed to either ignore the chat session or mute the conversation. I could enter text but it did not appear in the chat window. Thank god I didn't risk my money with them.

  I purchased a Fuji film disposable camera for a fun trip with friends to the beach. I was excited to get the results when we go back from the beach, but when i got my pictures back, 90% of them were black. When I tried calling customer service 3 days in a row, i got no answer. I wouldn’t recommend buying a fuji film disposable camera if you want your pictures to turn out.

  Excellent service. I had a foreign passport application that had different photo requirements to an Irish passport. Mark very helpfully adjusted and persisted with the requirements until the issuing Authority was satisfied. He was able to help me by email and long after most people finish work at 5.30pm! I am very grateful for his help.

  Happy with my in store experience and online orders I recently purchased a Sony a7 iii camera at their store in New York(Broadway st). I took two old Sony cameras to the store to evaluate their trade in value in purchasing the a7iii. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The evaluation went quite quickly. As I was happy with the trade in price, I purchased the a7iii while in the store. Several days later, I ordered some material from their website and was pleasantly surprised when it arrived the next day. I am very happy with my experience with Fenway Photo.

  Outstanding website with really knowledgeable staff about high end cameras. Recently purchased the Sony a7 III camera with a Sigma 24-70mm f/2.8 lens. All arrived on time and in perfect condition.
