  I made a substantial transaction of a high value with some apprehension.... I was enthusiastic about FENWAY PHOTO'S competence, kindness and helpfulness, the package arrived in one day! and particularly important a significant protection wrappings for the item, Amazon would never have done it !!! and the possibility of having a serious consultant!! congratulations I always buy from you also because it is a pleasure to use a small business owner instead of getting cannibalized by Amazon eprice ..... sure now that I have the guarantee of an impeccable service after some unprecedented uncertainty ....

  I am a landscape and wildlife (bird) photographer, I sell high value images to online microstock agencies. I trust Fenway Photo with all DSLR systems, mirrorless cameras, SLR lenses, tripod units, and underwater photography. My Canon 7D Mark II was delivered today safely and promptly. I will use this camera with a 100-400mm Mark II and a 1.4x Mark III teleconverter. Thanks guys!!

  FENWAY PHOTO Store is my local camera shop and I've been using them on and off for a good few years as they can get the DJ & Effect Lights that I like to use when other dealers struggle to get hold of it. As my local Electronics store can no longer get hold of the Professional-Grade Moving Head that I use due to some odd decisions by the global chain of suppliers, ELATION PROFESSIONAL, I have reached out to The FENWAY PHOTO for assistance and Mart has been really helpful in suggesting alternatives at really great pricing. I would recommend FENWAY PHOTO as they're really helpful, competitive and always get back to me really promptly. A real asset.

  Great little shop, I've been going here for lens covers and rain guards for 5 years. The staff are always friendly, and happy to help with finding things, ordering things in, and helping carry things to the car. The selection they have is impressive, high quality and a decent price.

  Have used this shop now for over 7 years. They are very knowledgeable and will go above and beyond what is expected in order to help. I called in yesterday for a quick look at a second hand EOS 6d Mark ii. Mark immediately put what he was doing to one side and came out to help. Absolutely no pressure or inducement , really helped me to hone in on what my needs were. Sadly, I had to dash to a job interview but will return soon. Great to have such a traditional, face to face, hands on specialist on my doorstep.

  They have a special financing program for locals who crave a high-end mirrorless camera, DSLR, medium-format and full-frame cameras. Mart helped me get a Nikon Z 50 w/16-50mm and 50-250mm Lenses and Accessories Kit in two months. Cheers for the great work, they work heart and soul to give the best customer experience, sometimes they even whip up a coffee :-)

  Flawless experience all round. I recently decided to take up astronomy as a Hobby after having read a few books on the subject, so I decided to pay Fenway Photo a visit on Christmas eve. Matt and Mark were both very helpful in imparting their wisdom in all things astrophotography related. They have a comprehensive selection of telescopes for all levels (and budgets) and have a number of qualified astronomers able to offer experienced advice. Suffice is to say that I highly recommend Fenway Photo and will certainly be coming back!

  I've always gone to fenway photo for my substantial purchases. Spending dollars on lenses online is too big a risk. No such risk at Fenway Photo. Top-notch knowledge, an Aladdin's Cave of treasures and, of course, unrelenting assistance if things go haywire.

  The Canon XC15 4K is exactly the pro camera I needed and it has exceeded my expectations. I bought it mainly to record my online food tutorial on YouTube and the camera hits the sweet spot. It has fantastic video quality - ease of use and the ergonomics of the camera while shooting are superior - battery almost fadeless- auto focus feature is highly versatile with integrated lens - small footprint and light weight - 4K - price and what you get for it - Canon is way ahead of it's time in color rendering. Worth every penny!!

They also offer a range of practical courses to help get you started or advance the skills you already have. Upstairs they have their camera museum. It's a brilliant spectacle through the history of American Photography. It's definitely worth the visit of your in or around the store. You'll find all the best camera brands from prosumer camcorders through to the latest in mirrorless systems.

  I was looking for a Nikon AF-S 80-400mm f/4.5-5.6G ED VR lens and I called Fenway Photo and got Cheryl on the line. She was upfront about being sold out and mentioned that there was a display model left. When I got to the store later in the day, she remembered me, and was extremely helpful and friendly during the entire purchase process. Great customer service, and very knowledgeable.   I been regularly coming to Fenway Photo and can confidently say they have never ever let me down. They always provide the highest quality processing, scanning and printing of my 120mm film as well as high quality customer service. They have helped me with printing and framing my own photography as a gift and did so to the highest standard in great timing this Christmas period. I just can't praise them enough. I would never get my film processing or any camera related services done anywhere else.   I have been using Fenway Photo for over a year now for all my video production rentals. The staff are great and very helpful and they know everything about production.   I received excellent service from your staffer Matt earlier today . What I needed Sennheiser GA 1-XSW 2 - 19" Rackmount Kit for Mounting One or Two EM-XSW 2 Receivers) turned out to be slightly more complex than first thought, but he made sure I got what I wanted, and that it worked correctly. It took more time than either of us expected, but he was very patient and knowledgeable about the brand. The interaction with him was so brilliant I'm extremely likely to return to the store later on when I need a better camera than the Point & Shoot. He's amazing, you should keep him!

  Ordered Canon 5D Mark IV online and so far it's an unparalleled engine for a robust DSLR for portraits, weddings and landscapes. It offers all the features that a serious or pros would likely thirst for it's superior features. It's not light, but it is solidly built. Have used it to shoot travel photography and landscapes, and it delivers excellent results.

  A solid selection of photo and video gear from beginners to professionals. Almost all camera brands new and used equipment and lenses. The staff know what they are talking about and are happy to demonstrate the camera or lens you are interested in. They do not in any way force you to buy....but want to make sure you choose the right gear for your needs. One of my first places I visit when buying new equipment.

  Went in to get information about an exclusive pair of binoculars and was assisted by Matt. He was friendly and honest with the pros and cons with different kinds of binoculars. Although his knowledge on binoculars wasn't extensive, he was very helpful in finding out for me what I needed to know by referring me to his colleague or searching up the products. I received enough advice from our talk to make an informed decision and ended up buying a pair of binoculars!

  These days it is hard to find specialist stores on the NY high street. Even more so reliable ones with a vast selection of items actually on display that you can touch and feel. Add in a website good website and it is a company I gladly use. The store is a little out of the way for me, but still worth the trip because of what it offers.

  I purchased this Tiffen #25 red filter to enhance the contrast in my B&W film photos. I use it on a few different lenses but mostly my 45mm Rokkor f/2. If you want a dark sky and white clouds then this is what you need.

  A Heaven &amp ; Garden of Eden for a GoPro geek like me . Fenway Photo has LITERALLY Everything to do with GoPro cameras , mounts , and accessories . Whether you want HERO6 , suction cup mounts , selfie sticks or gimbal , they ' ve got ya covered . Even skins , skeletons , frames , and waterproof housings . I flirted with the idea of a dive with my GoPro7 . Mark had what I wanted to dress up my GoPro for deep-water diving the GoPro Super Suit Dive Housing . I tried it in several dives in in Lake Lake Okeechobee , FL and it survived . No leaks , no cracks , intact . Video recorded , photos taken , Thank you **** &amp ; Long live GoPro heroes !

  I dropped off several rolls of films here on 3/12/2020, when I came back to check whether they had processed it, they had already misplaced it or inadvertently given it to another customer. My client is on my neck and still no communication. I don't know about their camera retail but I would steer clear of this disarrayed team.

  As part of a wedding filmmaking company, we have been filming many of our weddings and other events with rentals equipment from Fenway Photo. We have used Sony's Fs5, Ronin M-rig and Canon EOS camcorders. They stock RED ecosystem, BM, ARRI, Panasonic and Z-CAM. Customer service is above average( Its the opposite atmosphere of B&H Photo where salesmen and Harvard Business graduates are always right). Lots of deals and easy to navigate, you are not short of help despite how busy it is. I salute the owner and his crop of staff.

  I wanted to upgrade from my Sony a6300 to a better camera since I need lot of video contents. The a7s III quality is unreal and Sony really delivered a stellar product. Sony continues to lead the charts in videography first cameras and brings to life the vision a filmmaker has.Incredible camera with top of the line specs, build quality, and features. Everything that you've heard about this cinema beast is true. Absolutely worth the wait, I'm in love with this camera! Thank you Fenway Photo!

  Well organized store, kept clean and doing their best to operate safely during COVID. Prices on some things are astronomical high but I guess that’s a subjective opinion and can differ from person to person. Overall a good experience, if prices were a bit more aggressive I probably would’ve bought more things.

  Kandao Obsidian GO 360° 3D VR Camera, I've had it in flight with the Yuneec Typhoon H and produced spectacular images. However, I bought it for real estate photography and it lacks the Matterport software. I would like to use it for 3D virtual tour, however, it's unclear who processes it? Fenway Photo has been mum!

  Just bought this Senal OLM-2S for one of my older UWP lav mics. Sounds great! It has great sound quality and it is reliable. But the cable is not very durable, it needs to be handle with care. It works well. Build quality is every bit on on par with the Sennheiser ME 2-II. I'll be ordering another soon. Perfect! I like to buy it again. Highly recommended

  Audio-Technica ATW-RU13 rack system, receiver electronics are better, so that overall operating range is nearly twice that of the camera mount units. The ability to remote the receiver/antenna modules via a CAT 6 Ethernet cable is very handy. The AT-GcW guitar cable lets you connect the bodypack transmitter to a guitar or bass.

  I've been dealing with Matt for over 10 years. Always great prices and friendly service. Back in the day when I purchased my Pentax LX FA-1 off of them, they were throwing in a new Kodak film with purchase. Couldn't pass that up. Don't put an grain of faith in the negative Mary Ann Miller on Google, especially. I've seen the emails with her about the D7200 she ordered. Fenway Photo were nothing but polite, unlike her claims.

  I took visited Fenway Photo this weekend with my friend and had an excellent encounter. Mark is a top notch Salesman with a plethora of real world experience. His pedagogy is both informative and fun. I learned how to craft underwater videos with a smartphone wrapped with a housing. I bought a Kraken Sports Smart Housing, wide angle and 13 macro ports, as well as the camera’s electronic zoom. Mark goes above and beyond what is expected in this intense but rewarding adventure beneath our seas.

  I'm glad I found this store. They had a Canon G7X Mark III that was tough to track down elsewhere. They answered my question very promptly through chat and shipped the camera out first thing in the morning. Very prompt, very smooth purchase. I look forward to doing more business with them. I might add, some bigger name stores have dragged their feet to ship me products, so when a small shop can get an order in the evening and have it in the mail the next morning, it's really impressive.

  Very happy with this d750 camera body, it has produced beautiful photos. The 24-120mm lens, however, is not amazing. I had to re-ship it back for a new lens twice because of vignetting around the corners of my photographs, even when I tried tinker with the vignette controls. Luckily Fenway Photo customer service was very sympathetic and easy to work with. The replacement lens I received seems to be better, but I do still notice vignetting on edges. Overall, kit is great, lens is okay. I would expect a better lens for a camera of this price.

  I ordered this Celestron 70AZ telescope after years of viewing space with a spotting scope. I's ideal for for comfortable near and deep-space astronomical observation but you need an eyepiece. Pushes my 70mm refractor to the limits. Eye relief is very limited and I can only see partially in the eyepiece field. It's recommended for planetary viewing. Model can be used for Terrestrial use during the daytime, since it comes with a 90° Erect-Image Diagonal. .

  Over the moon with this Canon M200 EOS! Very compact and light. Wont gobble up a lot of space when you travel like those big DSLR. Unlike camcorders this camera has a 30 minute recording limit to prevent from overheating. Thus, it couldn't be suitable to live stream full HD for church services. Luckily, I can use any Canon EF-M lens or any brand lens with a Canon EF-M mount.

  FANTASTIC CAMERA EQUIPMENT & GREAT PRICES - Prices are almost the same as B&H site, except the film prices are in the store.   I am not a professional photographer but purchased this Canon EF 24-70mm F/2.8L II USM. The lens is superb. I'm doing event photography and mostly shoot large group shots. I own a 5D MKIII. The rule of thumb is a shutter speed of 1/focal length or faster. I shoot principally landscape and nature off a tripod. The lens is big and heavy. Canon packs it in a secure case while Fenway Photo added an extra layer of protection during shipment.

  This V-rig 4.1 will support external accessories mechanically, but will not act as a signal transmitter from your camera to the accessories. This bracket would be a good solution for you if I need to mount things like lights or wireless microphones that have their own power source, but NOT for anything that requires a hot shoe mount.

  I love Azden Lavalier Systems and abhor other brands of wireless systems plagued by a litany of performance and quality concerns. That's why I ordered the Azden PRO-XR, Pretty nippy little wireless mic. The PRO-XR receiver has an attached cold shoe mount with an integrated 1/4"-20 female thread to mount to a camera's cold shoe or to a camera cage if need be. Excellent range. Great Sound.

  Bought Denon Microphone as a workhorse mic for a medium-sized speaker podium. Sensitivity is much better and sound is clear. Length was a little long but not so much as I could not position it as needed. Very well made, chic and natural feel.

  I purchased Canon XA50 primarily to do documentary filmmaking. This device offers maximum flexibility in both audio and video recording options. I use it for both recording and streaming and it doesn't disappoint. 4K is crisp. With Final Cut Pro X, you can deck out the film to get any results you want. The important thing is you start with clean, crisp video and you can do anything with that. The zoom range of the lens is really good for home office shooting in a conference room and small to medium scenarios. Top Tier camera for run and gun shooters on a budget.

  I bought Gitzo GM4562 Series 4 Carbon Fiber Monopod for supporting super telephoto lenses. The total weight is approximately 10.5 pounds.If you securely lock the sections it is stable from short to full extensions. it is completely stable at full extension, even with pro-size DSLRs and long lenses without instability or trembling.

  I love this filter (Hoya B-52DIFF-GB). I use it mostly for portraiture, but it can add a charm aspect to a landscape image. It works quite well when photographing botanical gardens. Fenway Photo offers great filters at a reasonable prices, so you don't have to break the bank to get amazing effects in your photography.

  Fenway Photo had the RR-100 Remote Release I was after-A must have for photography with tripod at dead of night. This remote worked perfectly with a Fujifilm X-T4 while photographing the moon surface. Especially useful was the ability to do manual shutter speeds in bulb mode. Great friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great local photography store!

  The check out went very seamlessly. Multiple payment options made for the mirrorless lens was slick and secure. Communication was flawless. Shipping was priced reasonably and the item shipped to my address promptly. Unfortunately the item was not advertised accurately. The condition listed in the website did not match the actual condition of the item. "Little to no signs of wear" and "minor scuffs and surface marks " are descriptive words for something that is in mint condition with absolutely no flaws. The wide-angle pancake prime I received is flawed with two blemish's on the body and a motor prone to noise when on autofocus. The dispatched item is used and far from being like pristine lenses. The big issue is the scratch. Its sticking out miserably and completely conspicuous. This is why I give three stars. When purchasing online, the description instills the confidence to buy. Pictures alone can not fully depict all items and many times leave out the most important details. I purchased based on the description and was unfortunately miss-lead. I most likely will not purchase from this seller again.
